Hello! I am planning to have a small printing business and I discovered that we got the same printer. May I ask if you encountered having pizza roller marks on your print especially when printing in those glossy paper ones. If yes, what did you do to address it?
hi! i havent encountered having that kind of mark but i searched some details that might help you about it:
- it is an issue with the coating on the paper, you can try different brands of glossy paper
- the visibility of the traces of these wheels is very much reduced after the paper is dried out (e.g. overnight)
- when printing photos, try loading pages individually, rather than loading a stack of glossy photo paper
if none of these would help, i suggest using matte papers and add glossy laminate after~
