If you are into leaning which means calories deficit then don't make smoothie and drink, as drinking your calories would take max few mins and won't make u feel full, rather eat it with spoon slowly. ( Psychological trick ) This is because we are already short in calories for the day, need to be very careful with food type choices 😅

And i dont have so much time to cook so i make Rice with paneer soya with veggies and take that in tiffin along with some fruits !
