I know Ultimate spider-man universe is done with but omg how i wish there was a Ultimate Spider-Man 2 game with huge city based on comic books and set in early 2000's...

That would be amazing and I know us Spider-Man fans would spend money on it so maybe one day! It is amazing to me just how well Ultimate Spider-Man 2005 has aged not only from the story and graphics/art style but the excellent game play and one of the best New Yorks I ever saw. I mean you could go to queens in USM before you could in the modern Spider-Man games which really shows what the devs where trying to do, not to mention being able to swing in the tunnels under the water and walk on top of the one by the statue of liberty. That was really the only thing missing from USM was being able to actually get to the Statue like im Spider-Man 2 but you can get like right there, I would love to see a Remaster or Remake of all of the old Spider-Man games from USM to Web of Shadows to TASM 1. Oh well, for now I will just gave to stick with emulating most of them, yes I know you can get abandone ware versions of a lot of them but I find emulating the console ports give the experience one would want just with higher quality than the original consoles and without the bugs of the pc ports. For instance Web Of Shadows and TASM both gave me game breaking bugs on PC and while you can run the PC ports easier on lesser hardware in the modern day than emulating say TASM 1 on RPCS3 the experience delivered is greatly enhanced by stability.
THE ONLY REASON WHY I WANT A PC IS BECAUSE OF THESE BANGER ASS SPIDER-MAN MODS 😭

they'd release spiderman 2 on pc by the time i get a job that pays and can buy a good pc
i recommend learning how to mod games if you are planning to get a pc to mod games in the future, even if you have a crappy pc is worth practicing for the real thing so you can have a better modding experience

I'm hoping the PC version of SM2 will have the face mod too (probably trickier there but I really want to see someone try).

Ultimate Spider-Man is one of the BEST Spider-Man games I've ever played and my second favorite Spider-Man game, only behind the first Marvel's Spider-Man.
