Don’t know how anyone can criticise axls vocals, for the past 6 months his voice has been giving him bother. But to expect a guy who sings with his aggression and range to pump out the songs like he did when he was in his 20s when he’s 60 is like expecting Mike Tyson to be able to batter tyson fury, it’s so unrealistic. To think that 2 years ago he could still sing this song like 20 years prior is an unbelievable and superhuman effort!!
Respectfully disagree regarding Axl. Axl is incredible, Live (older & no longer angry, but still brilliant during live performances). We cannot expect an 80's, or 90's Axl, in 2022. He is 60 years old, and he performs even when he feels unwell. Axl still reaches all the notes, both high & low. He does not use his rasp as often as he did in the 80's & 90's, but he still has the rasp as well & he uses it here & there, when he chooses to do so. He may have less of the mind-blowing vocal power than he had in his youth, but age does that, he still has lots of power. Also, this is an on-line recording, which does not do Axl's vocals any justice. The only way to properly judge his vocals these days, is to attend a live concert at a really good venue & have good tickets.
I remember when my grandfather was 60 years old he was sitting in a rocking chair smoking a pipe not pumping out tunes like this your a legend Axl

Wow. Not good at all Axl. The band is tight though. I don't know if we could expect him to be singing some of these parts 30+ years later.
