What a great snapshot of the '90s comix scene! Pat Moriarty talking about how production was done in the pre-computer era really brought back memories of my own time slaving over a light table back in the day. Thanks for putting this together!
Thanks! t was planned as a one off, tho Helena had thoughts about doing additional issues. Never happened tho. At one point, there was thoughts about a NYC issue when she was living there later in the 90s. That would have been something! Maybe I will get into that in the print edition of thsi exploration.
To whom it may concern: I subscribed in high hopes because of the title "The Dummy Show," but was disappointed to learn that there's no mention of ventriloquism at all in the program. Please make an effort to include ventriloquism and/or puppetry in future episodes, or I will have no choice but to click the "thumbs down" button. 👎
Great video! Nice editing! I can’t wait to see your reproduction!
I have a copy and was recently re-reading it. The 1990s were a very good time for alternative comics!
Great work preserving this comics history, John!

Thank you! it was fun.
Fascinating!
Loving both of these episodes!! Thanks for doing this. Any chance of getting a video quality better than 360p for future episodes? :)
Thanks! I will try going forward. Still new to this!
@@dummyzine No worries either way! I appreciate you doing these. Good stuff, my man!
I can see the box for a Buddy Bradley doll behind P. Bagge
Love the Mineshaft shirt!
I wish I could find my copy!
I will be reprinting it. Sort of.
I enjoyed it. Thank you! Did I miss it, or did you not ask why there was only one issue?
