- PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE COMMENTING THAT THIS IS CRINGE-
So I am *well* aware that multiple shots in this animatic are cringy, makes no sense, aren’t put together well, and look bad. I have been beating myself up about this for far too long, and I’m just done with it at this point. I started this animation at the end of 8th grade as a fun project, which later turned into a mess- now that I’m going into my second year of highschool I just want this off my chest. This was the first giant animation project I wanted to make, also my first time using my animation program (Clip Studio Paint EX). Which is why the resolution is 720p and the framerate of the animation is 15fps; because idiot me coming straight from the program Flipnote thought this was “high quality” animation settings.
I procrastinated working on this a lot throughout the year for weeks, even months- which is why it is just all so unorganized and the style is all over the place. The only reason why I decided to upload this whole mess of an “animation” was because I did actually spend an awfully long amount of time on it, even if it doesn’t show and some parts do look really bad and unfinished.
I learned a lot of things while making this animation and can see all of the tons of mistakes I made while animating it; so I will politely ask of you to please not comment every single thing I did wrong on this;; I understand that this is probably going to get tons of hate either way because it involves FNAF and cringy drawings, and if that's the case then so be it, I’m done. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

A lot might look 'unfinished' to you, but the sketchy look and the crazy animations make this look so FUCKING raw with those creepy vibes the series has. It's nice, it fits.
As a fnaf veteran, 1:20 is absolutely stunning to me, its makes me think back to the first time shivers came down my spine when I read the silver eyes book. This whole video is unsettling, but stunning to those who grew up on this amazing franchise with me. IT AINT CRINGE I STAN 👊😌

Excluding the recent "Springtrap for DBD" stuff. Which is cool but theres a lot of hardcore young fnaf fans in the community messaging the game devs and shit so its getting out of hand
I feel like as the original game gets older, the fans get older, so most of the fandom is more mature. There will always be stupid ships and stuff in any fandom, but I personally don't care, what matters is that there's some really cool stuff in the fandom, like this, Squimpus McGrimpus's content, and MemeBear's content(a smaller channel that does really cool stuff similar to Squimpus)
Edit: I was mistaken about how large MemeBear's channel is, when I subscribed it was a small channel, now it rivals Squimpus's channel in subscribers

I just got into this fandom, and I'm not usually one to comment but... c'mon cringy? This. Is. SPECTACULAR! Especially at the age you said you started it at. This is absolutely quality and I know very few people who can pull off this sort of stuff this well. I don't know if you're looking into animation friend, but if you are this is some top quality work and some animation students I know (as someone who's currently in college) would cry at seeing how good this is!
Edit: Also, I myself am not an animation major (I room with one however) your in-betweens are amazing for the parts that you put a little animation in, I had to stop the video and scroll through frame by frame just to appreciate those.

Charlotte Emily has been in the Puppet for *40 FUCKING YEARS* in the events of FNaF 3. Of course, she would be pissed off at him...
Favourite parts: 0:45 - 0:49 absolutely love the mouth movements, the syncing is very well done for an animatic. Amazing. 0:57 -1:34 where he lures and kills the children, to when he scared by the spirits and is killed by the spring locks, the movement and impact of the images along with the beat and rhythm of the music is done exceptionally well. It does an amazing job of showing the story, and giving the overall horrific, and intense feeling of the event. At 1:08 I particularly enjoyed the feeling and the significance of blowing out of the candles, very creative and impactful for the story. There is so much more I could say, but you get the point; this is an amazing animatic.
I really enjoy the lore and story of fnaf, but I wouldn’t call myself a part of the fandom, but on the other hand, things like this made by people in the fandom really show the true creativity and spirit of it! Amazing work.

I honestly loved this animation, with it’s sketchy look made it even better. I loved how it showered over Sprigtrap’s life. It really makes you think about him more and more. I loved the end scene where the Puppet and Springtrap fought, and the Puppet held him back just in time to let him burn. It was really satisfying because it really should have been the Puppet that “killed” him. Over all I really loved it. Keep working and have a blessed twenty nineteen!

-This was my first “animation” project to ever make on my PC, the only animations I had ever done before this was started was on flipnote. So when I was making this I really had no idea what an “animation” even meant; I changed the title to this now that it is clear to me that it is more of an animatic than an animation, sorry for any confusion that I caused.
Will there be a prequel/sequel to this?
-Most likely not; the only thing I might do related to this project would be re-doing the fight scene because it looks so bad; don’t count on me doing that though

Oh my goodness gracious, this is absolutely amazing how could you think it's bad!! I mean I understand, not that this is bad but many artists look at their work and most times they will look at the flaws more than the things they did well! But anyways, this is amazing and was totally worth the wait and don't worry about all that stuff like your style changing or the unfinished pieces. Or even if something's didn't make much sense! But it did to me and the story was amazing and I don't know much about the FNAF story either. What matters is that you pushed through and got it done, even if it took a bit longer than you expected. @@StarzallAnimations Aww, thank you!! And I will definitely get into animation I literally have a book for it (it's called the Animator's Survival Guide by Richard Williams). I'm just messing with my style to have a more, uh realistic-ish look. I've always liked styles where the eyes were small and the features looked like a realistic cartoony way. But yeah, I would love to do an animatic someday, just have to stop procrastinating!!! *Ahem* but yeah, all I have is like Flipaclip and Medibang Paint, and for some reason drawing in Flipaclip for me is difficult. Like it breaks apart most of the lines I draw, making me have to zoom in most of the time to fill it. And I don't really know how to use Medibang Paint yet, not sure what or where all the tools are. But there's always tutorials, and thank you for being an inspiration to me and for believing I can do animation! You're so nice and you work hard on these animations you do, with a few stumbles yeah but it's not always going to be easy. Anyways I'm done rambling *cough* for now *cough* so have an amazing night/day/afternoon, bye! Sorry for the late reply!!
oof yeah I have had sooo many issues with procrastination, but recently I've just kinda got the mindset of "well if I don't work on this today, it won't be closer to being finished tomorrow"
I also feel your pain with working on broken or free animation software that gets frustrating at times; I used Flipnote on my Dsi to animate things for around 2 years before I was able to save up enough for an animation software that works much better; just keep on trying and tbh the things that are possible with filpaclip (with a little more time & patience) can be really amazing, just keep on practicing, and soon you'll be able do some heckin great animations! c:
@@StarzallAnimations Aww thank you for the advice!! You're so nice and that's a good way of thinking about the procrastination thing, I've never thought of it that way thank you! And I will most definitely try to do animations, I'm going to start on animatics though since that's easier for me so I don't quit halfway through. Just have to decide what to do it on...hmmm.. well I'll think about it! And my family is going on a trip that lasts like three (I think) days and I don't think we will have cable or internet so I will be forced to focus on ACTUALLY doing something for once yay! I usually can get very, very distracted easily, so when I want to animate, or at least start, or do a digital speedpaint, maybe even draw. I do things like read, on my tablet or paper books, or watch videos for fun over and over again. Anyways yeah, maybe my next video will be an animatic, that would be really cool. But yeah, thanks for the advice and such you're amazing you have no idea!! Thanks for everything and keep on being awsome!! :)

Because I watched this before reading the description and thought, "Wow, finally. After all my years of surfing TH-cam, I've finally found a good FNaF animation!" Because just being honest, the FNaF community isn't always the best when it comes to animatics and such. I've seen good ones, but a lot of vids just... Idk, no hate, but I think we all know what I'm talking about. Annnyway, amazing job! This is going in my playlist of litness.

Goddamn, the fire, the movement, expression! I loved how you showed the transformation from the kids to the animatronics with Springtrap blowing out the cake candles. Also, the fight between Springtrap and the puppet was so smooth and well done, you should be proud of yourself :)

I think this is a very good animation, I think it flowed well. You did have a limited time span since it was based on a song, so I don't blame you for it not being too lore-friendly. I think it was a little clippy, but seeing as this was just for fun I think this did rather well. Now I'm not saying this because it's FNaF and I love FNaF, because believe me I've seen my fair share of FNaF animations, I think this did rather well. The facial expressions were good at expressing the deviance or emotion of the characters, the style was fairly good, and I rather liked the beginning sequence and the fight scene. Over all, I hope to see more in the future, if you are interested in doing more. Keep up the good work!

Why the hell does this animation not have over a million views? It's literally the best fnaf animation I have ever seen in my life! The movement feels so smooth the music fits perfectly and it's all so beautifully done! Edit: Well this video reached over a million views. Now I can finally rest
