Thank you for this! Your channel helped us with my 50th birthday celebration at Universal in December. But we didn't explore I-Drive. Definitely looking forward to trying some of these when we go back again for my 51st. Cheers!
Just gonna say now 99% of places that make choclate also have nuts in the factory. It's why even a plain hershy bar has a nut warning on it. Even toothsome at universal which uses choclate in its dishes can't 100% be sure no nut dust or particles are near the choclate so almost nothing on the menu can be nut free even something like a steak with choclate sear or something you wouldn't think nuts would be in. Someone just died in disney world last month because while a dish didn't use nuts/dairy it was made near dishes that did. Your always taking a chance.
@@Ratchetfan321 Thank you for that. When we were last there we avoided Toothsome. We found both the Harry Potter sit down places to eat (The Three Broomsticks and The Leaky Cauldron) very good and accommodating for breakfasts and plan to return to these again on our next trip. We found we couldn't get much that was nut safe to eat at the hotel's TuK Tuk market - (Pringles were about the only nut safe thing we could get!) Cowfish were good but largely we ended up being left with BurgerKing in CityWalk as the only option. We were very disappointed with the Nut Safe cookie in Hollywood Studios as this was only a packaged store baked biscuit that we could have picked up for a fraction of the cost and taken in with us!
Thank you David! Don’t think I’ll be covering Discovery Cove every year to be honest, don’t think much will have changed. Hoping to visit though with the family in September though 😁.
Hey frugal brit i just wanted to say thank you for making these videos they are entertaining and your helping me plan our trip to Orlando with my family in may it's our first time we will ever be in Orlando!
Another great informative video. This video was good for letting me know that I shouldn't bother with most of these attractions. 2 or 3 of them look like fun and worth doing, but you've shown me the ones that aren't worth my time or money. Thanks!
Most of I-Drive could best be described as “Pleasantly Cheesy”! …To be able to indulge in a lot of these “lesser attractions “ pretty much requires a nice long stay…more optimal for Europeans such as yourself who get longer than the average 7-10 days us Americans get…it’s pretty tough to justify carving a day out of a shorter vacation at the expense of the major parks…Yearly passes for the Merlin parks in the USA generally will get you into not only the three Icon attractions (Madamme Tussauds, Sea Life Aquarium and the Ferris Wheel) but also Legoland Florida in Winter Haven (which includes the gardens of the old, classic Cypress Gardens)…Not sure if the same offer applies for yearly passes from Merlin’s European parks but it was a nice perk during our last trip in 2019-20 (and I am honestly not too sure if this perk is still offered, to be honest)
Yeah I would doubt our Merlin passes would cover that unfortunately, that would be cool. Yeah as a Brit and lifelong lover of Orlando I have a lasting nostalgia and appreciation for I-Drive which I don’t think is shared by my American friends 😂
We’re staying at Endless Summer next year. Attraction tickets are selling for £22 for a Icon Park Big Three Combo PROMO Ticket: The Orlando Eye, Madame Tussauds & Sealife Aquarium, would you say that’s good value?
In the uk I’d recommend OrlandoAttractions.com; attraction tickets; or floridatix. Always worth checking which is the cheapest as it changes often. I’d also aim to buy during Black Friday if you can.
This was really tough to leave out. Basically it comes down to them really struggling to deal with crowds during busy periods. Had a bad experience a couple years back. Putting that aside it deserves to be in top 10.
I have a trip booked with the family in August/September, but looking to book a week before then for Penguin Trek at seaworld (assuming it opens this year 🙈)
I stayed at the Homewood suites by the Hilton for 9 nights back in September 2023 and you can see that massive wheel from the car park it is a brilliant place to visit I loved my time there I did go on the wheel and got some great pics, universal studios is amazing went to Disney world and although I enjoyed it it is more for kids didn't do pirate cove or the sky flyer but walked past them often and I'm really scared of heights also it is very hot over there
Watched a lot of your videos in anticipation of our trip in May. They are all fantastic. Thanks mate!
Very welcome matey, thanks for watching 👍😁

Thank you for that, happy early 51st bday 😁
Thanks, this is really useful. I'll check which are included in the eat and play card as those discounts seem very useful 😊
Thank you! Yeah it would have been useful of me to cover discounts a bit more.
Going to orlando in 2 weeks staying on international drive what a video big thumbs up 👍
Literally the same. Have a nice trip!
I’m on vacation now on the Space Coast! Thanks for posting! Saw a rocket 🚀 launch! So cool!!!
I’m jealous!
@@TheFrugalBritI’m going to Florida this summer and going to both universal and Disney and this helped alot
Very useful and informative. Thank you - will be checking out the chocolate to see if it is OK for someone with a nut allergy

I just returned from Orlando a week ago. Best vacation up till now! I watched a lot of your videos during preparation. Thank you very much!
Very helpful thanks! Your videos have really helped with planning our first trip to Orlando and Disney!
Very informative. Great video!
Glad it was helpful! 😁
I haven’t been here but it sounds cool and a good video idea if your up for it would be about discovery cove 2024 . Keep up the great work ❤
Thank you David! Don’t think I’ll be covering Discovery Cove every year to be honest, don’t think much will have changed. Hoping to visit though with the family in September though 😁.
As always, it's a great and informative video!! Thank you for sharing!! So glad I subscribe! 😊 ❤
I am going to International Drive on Friday, so all your information was very helpful. Thank you, God Bless.

Yeah when visiting Orlando I wouldn’t recommend visiting more than a couple of these per trip.
Good info. I may have to try some of these next time I'm staying at UOR
Worth considering if you’re there longer than a week 👍
I love your videos on the universal hotels! Do you have any plans on videos about Mickey's not so scary or Halloween horror nights?
Cool 👍
😎
FB . As you know I like staying opposite icon park at the Avanti . Good review of local I drive attractions . 😊👍🤝
Thanks a lot! Avanti international location is great 😁

Here for Andretti
Hi, can you recommend anywhere to buy theme park tickets in the UK or is it better to purchase in US. Thank you.
In the uk I’d recommend OrlandoAttractions.com; attraction tickets; or floridatix. Always worth checking which is the cheapest as it changes often. I’d also aim to buy during Black Friday if you can.
@@TheFrugalBrit when is black Friday
Why isn't Wonderworks on the list?

Where’s the best place to book Orlando holidays from the uk ?
Frugie- when are you next heading to Orlando?
I have a trip booked with the family in August/September, but looking to book a week before then for Penguin Trek at seaworld (assuming it opens this year 🙈)
Ah enjoy! We will be there early November. We love your videos
