@4:52 I had a 68 and 69 Camaro. Interesting thing - the 69' with it's more squared wheel openings allowed for the car being lower without rubbing. Also the width of the 68 is 72.5" while the 69 is 74.0". You can see the width difference mostly in the top of the rear fenders and also on the top of the front fenders.
as a Rally Sim racer ive driven pikes peak dozens of times in simulators..never got the chance to do it in a real car .. I was "driving" along with you on the test runs..
I've only ever driven the road at speed limit, and that was before it was paved. I used to roadrace a 67 trans am camaro, and that road scared me enough in a pickup truck that I swore I'd never race it.
