Miss my 2020 S3. It was a looker. My 2024 Audi S3 Black Edition is nice though.

The removal of the S3 badge interior and exterior was a bad move. I know they got rid of the interior ones in the last gen, but the old S3/4/5/6/7 logo on the steering wheel, seats and door sills etc looked better than just S - which the normal S Line "A" cars had. The front grille needs it or its just an A3 - and on the rear its not an S3 without the S in the rhombus!
The rear looks better than before and I know this is the best they can make it sound with all the rules and an OPF so im guessing it can't get any better for a hot hatch in its class with the dynamic upgrades

Great upload. I've seen a few videos on the new S3 and didn't realise those gear change jolts were on purpose - you were the first to explain that. In my old MK7 R if my 6 speed DSG jolted like that I'd be panicking lol

Great video mate no nonsense from you when it comes to reviewing the car some people talk shite for ages and just read from the brochure because they don’t actually understand the mechanics of the car, so it’s nice to watch yours knowing you do and without the sort of condescension that comes with some reviews. It actually sounds good too, much improved from the previous gen if you ask me. Hope you enjoyed the time out there, and hopefully they give you more cars to test!

It’s not very S looking at all , but it does sound good for a new car with all these filters and soft limiters on
Interesting how the S isn’t connected with the red rhombus on the boot, but on the brakes it is, I prefer the old badge!
Yep good spot, I noticed it too, same with the seats which is even more blatant. Not sure what’s going on at the minute with the branding decisions.

Awesome to see you get some recognition Hamza 👏Love the hardware and software changes Audi Sport have done to the FL 8Y, though let's be honest they dropped the ball completely with the Pre-FL 8Y S3. The front end styling, boring colour palate, drop in quality inside (compared to the 8V) and that ridiculous gear selector arrangement aside, this is a return to form and Audi Sport is to be commended for that for sure.

Not a fan of those Hyundai ionic looking wheels and once that gear selector makes it's way to the S5 will be the day I eventually part ways with Audi, other than that good to see a good honest review.

2025 Saloon is tasty, I'm not sold on the Hatch yet.
These days you have to choose the car that has more physical buttons and the better layout overall. And that A3/ S3 definatley comes out top against a Golf MK8 :)
On the outside iam also mixed, the A3 has had so many facelifts over the years and it tends to get overstyled more and more, gone are the smooth Audi faces from yesterday :) I guess with the right configuration this can be made more special and not just look like " a grey rental A3 TDI" on first look :)
So if you need to replace the door it has to be the audio s3 door others people will know its not original- well played audi making every ones life harder at our expense other wise I think it looks really nice
That gear selector is the same on Skoda Enyaq
If Audi is reading this. Pls make make the B pillar badging a thing on the RS model. Im debating all my rs cars but that thing looks 10 out of 10
