Rutabaga feaver is serious in this game.
Rye -> flour should be your mayor food source.
Also never allow bandits into your army, they have no morales and make bad fighters.

If the normal people are unhappy they can become a soilder or make your king or queen a saint by asking for a blessing from your bishop

Easiest way is to hire MERCENARIES works the same way doesn't take any of ur people so they can work in the fields and produce gold for u.
2. Loyalist(Sermont of doubt and make them 80 mood for several days good food and alcohol
3. Fanatics(Sermont of Faith pay the bishop to make u a Saint and fanatics will join u)
But keep in mind for their culture if ur culture is less than 50% of the total population people will be unhappy at least they are in Kaiden culture my start.
