- We close off in the 2nd day of our filming with this amazing knife making video where Jake of J. Custom Knives show us his hidden-tang construction Gyuto with a high carbon steel 80CRV2! In this video, Jake shapes & polishes his spalted beech handle and shows us some new things he learned using a reposition able spray adhesive! He is also going to do the final stone sharpening and talks about knife edges, forced patina, and a variety of other knife-related subjects in this fantastic knife making session with Jake.

Hahaha 🤣 no stunts available on Day 2 of filming that’s why but these guys never cease to amaze me! Lots of different tricks and tips I learn myself on every adventure I take!
