  • Opening day at Whistler 2022! This is my first trip back to whistler bike park in 3 years. In my career, I've ridden a lot of bike parks and there's still no other place quite like this. Today I got a chance to ride and catch back up with old mountain bike friends. This will be my first video of my whistler bike park trip, and there will be plenty more coming.

I guess one of my teachers in 3rd grade said something to my parents but that message never got relayed to me. It's very interesting to look back and think about how a lot of my mannerisms, hobbies and personality has been a result of this without me realizing it. Again, I haven't been diagnosed, but at least being aware of the likelihood has helped me a ton.

I flew business class for the first time ever. They allow two checked bags (free) and the max weight is bumped up. Economy is max 50lbs, business/first class is 70lbs. My bag came right in at 70. You can also rebook flights for free which was handy given the opening got delayed. I felt like a fish out of water amongst the suit and toes with my stained clothes and superglued carryon. It was more cost effective for to fly this way versus economy.
