It’s best to use retinol at night. Using it during the day reduces its efficacy.

I cheesed soooo hard watching this because I use all the La roche products that were listed in this video. I barely apply makeup these days and I’m suddenly so comfortable with my skin. Was never a sunscreen person but this brand??? The truth. Leaves my skin looking so supple 🥰

Thanks for sharing your skincare routine I use skinceuticals vitamin c serum & drunk elephant glycolic serum at night & medik8 retinol 10 there all very expensive & I’m looking for cheaper products that work I’m going to try the La Roche posay products you mentioned and hopefully they work for me! I usually find cheaper products aren’t formulated that well in terms of the concentration of ingredients but I’ll try your suggestions! ❤❤

Please do you go to the spa and have you ever done / do you do spa services like dermaplanning, IV Glow therapy, mesotherapy, etc. And what do you generally think about all these spa services we see everywhere lately
I dermaplane my skin and started using pure soap, no fragrance or colorants just pure and use sunscreen during the day... At night is pure soap and Vaseline
I use that same spf because is fragrance free

For anyone that may have a bad reaction to benzyl peroxide, salicylic acid is a good alternative.
True. I reacted badly to benzyl peroxide. I tried salicylic acid and it did the magic. I have oily sensitive skin

Wash my face with the Cerave foaming cleanser, and moisturize with the Neutrogena fragrance-free moisturizer, the serum is by Sephora vitamin C +E, sunscreen Dr. Brandt skincare liquid sun shield Daily brightening mineral, tretinoin.
Finally someone I can trust. I am still on Bolden tell me sis is it time we change because it is not working again
HEY GORGEOUS, good to see you , have you tried a different way of Exfoliating?? the scrubs are REALLY harsh, the best way for US is Glycolic, Salicylic, or such , I've seen such a remarkable difference, my almost 70 year of age skin is LOVING IT, oh I use to scrubber with the best , but Spiritually I was lead to the above mentioned

Love love your routine. Use the treehut scrub as well and love it. Did u have purging with the spf, i have been struggling with spf fir a really long time because of breakouts. Been trying the mineral spf lately since i find they have a short ingredient list, but still breakout and can't encourage myself to use it for long enough.
