Afaik, the colonel didn’t just agree to cooperate with los pepes to get the job done in season 2, he knew he couldn’t stop the leak so he just said he’s disgusted but as long as it was a cop or soldier who kills Pablo he wouldn’t waste his time trying to stop the leak. Great reaction!
