I had issues with sharp stomach pain about a week ago. I think I was dehydrated and I couldn’t go to the bathroom. I normally don’t eat a lot of salt and I might of eaten too much salt and not enough water. I might have had too much coffee which makes you dehydrated. It was like I was having spasms in my stomach it was the weirdest feeling. I was thinking of going to the hospital but I drank so much water that I started to feel better but it was painful. I get a lot of painful spasms usually it in my foot, leg, calf muscle or upper thigh when I do high impact sports like skiing, ug it comes on fast and furious. I have been doing Pilates reformer too so too much coffee, salt, and dehydration. Stomach was unusual place to get it. I got tested with bloodwork and diseases but they didn’t find anything to why it keeps happening. But it get so bad I can’t walk.
