I bought Lancer 5 months ago, then my colleague bought Lancer two months ago for 690,000, i bought one 3 weeks ago for a friend for 700,000 and then finally my colleague bought one for 845,000. Its an absolute value for money, you cant find any car better then Lancer in this price bracket.
Cons: Ignition Coil issues (pair for 15k) causing missing & jerks

It's a very good car. My father bought it in 2004 and we are still keeping it. No match to its comfortable and smooth drive, excellent suspension etc. One never get tired even after long drives.

I have 1.3 GLX Auto it is invecs 2 and 1.6 is invecs 3 CVT had no issue regarding parts and choke system my car it is driven around 165000 plus on its original engine parts are bit expensive but replacement parts are quite cheap mileage is around 10-11 in city without ac with auto transmission..no issue on stability after tuning in Lancer..Still enjoying it Alhamdulilah..One of the best cars in this price range. resale is bit slow but mint condition car is sold quite easily.
I have the same variant since 2005 auto(purchased it from showroom sherwanis ) and alhamdulila 14 years hogaye only parts are expensive.) 15 times it has taken us to pakistan tour.

Post Eye Lahore search on olx india and you will get to know the price of cars in indian market. Second hand cars are pretty cheap. 2010-11 e class is going between 8-11 lakhs. Pretty crazy.

1.3/1.6 were 4 speed auto. The CVT was only offered in 1.5 Japanese variant.
All are japanese varients but the 1.5 was locally imported and the others were imported by deewan motors
Lancer is the best car cause its dark outside but it shows you day from inside ❤

This owner says he has kept so many Lancers yet has so many inconsistencies in what he says.
1. 1.3 GLX Automatic was not a CVT but instead 4-Speed Auto with Torque Convertor.
2. 1.6 had alloys but of same size as 1.3, i.e. 14 inch.
3. Mileage of 1.3 Manual was not above 11 km/l unless you drove extremely slow over longer routes.
4. Grip and handling was "better" than Civic 1.6 of that time. Suspension was stiffer than Civic as well especially on the rear.
Dude My 2006 1.3 give almost 13 in city with ac, depends on how you drive
War Lord find me ten owners who get 13. When reviewing cars and mentioning mileage, it should be generic enough to apply to majority of people's driving habit/style. It not only depends on how you drive. It depends also on how "much" you drive per "trip".
A car driven daily to get groceries from a near by market will give much worse mileage than the same car driven the same total KMs but in a single trip per week.
@@saadaftab6838 you responded like its a bad thing , having a better mileage than yours..... anyway my car is daily drive almost 25 - 30 km a day in city ... i get almost 30 /l
War Lord not a bad thing, just curious. Mine is auto anyway so there is no comparison between fuel mileage as auto gives lesser mileage. But every manual 1.3 owner i have talked to said they get max 11 in city with ac.

I own lancer 1.3 GL 2005 and 2006, from 2006 lancer comes with black tope engine which is high compress engines and more powerfull, but silver tope engine is more economical bcz it was low compres.
My 2005 1.3 cc lancer was silver tope and at 250000 km with avg 17km/L with A.C, it was so comfortable car comapir to corolla 2015... i travel many tym from ISB-KCHI.

12 year old car but still interior quality good like new, Body paint still have shine.
It is a EFI car so please check ur car on scanner (computer) regularly. if not u do. it decrease petrol average 6 or 7 km/l. use hi octan or v power petrol.
One of the most important features, ABS, is missing...
Applying brakes after pressing clutch is not wrong practice.

I still own one and it flourishes my garage i bought it back in 2010 and it is still been with though noone drives it atm it just adds a bit of look to my garage alongside with my r8.I do drive it sometimes but i prefer my vezel over it for obv reasons.

I am a owner of lancer 1300 cc, It gives 10 km/L, Please never use cng. Its a superb car cutting, road grip, pickup, Suspension, comfortably, space excellent, In this price 6 to 8 lac. Sedan 2005.
It gives 0 - 100 in 5 second I drive in busy roads at 100 to 120 cutting, road grip excellent. And batter then Toyota and Honda drive vice.
