It would have been so much more interesting to see him have to develop past his history and maybe be maladjusted and then have some character development. When he grew up to become a man, I too can agree that the Effects of Time diminished the level of charm he once had, but he made up for it by having one of the greatest talent in terms of acting. I agree. Nando's was seen as slightly more upmarket version of KFC that you could take a date and not feel ashamed when you were younger. What killed Nando's was local chicken shops taking recipes and pricing it at a more reasonable price and it basically tasted the same and then you really realise how overpriced Nandos is.

Nando's is unique because it is a sit in restaurant that is viewed as slightly more upmarket because the chicken is overpriced by kids and poor people and the food is natural and healthy enough for rich people to go there too.

These two have great chemistry here. One of the many reasons why The Last Jedi suffered in quality was due to these two having very minimal screen time together.
The film has a lot more aggregious flaws but this being remedied probably would have gone a long way in improving it's end product.

it's not a trend at all. people have hated friends for fucking years. it's a terrible show that was only popular because everything on at the time was so shit (apart from seinfeld, but that was too jewish for most). i don't get why it's on shit like netflix. it's absolute garbage, but people cheered when it went on netflix. as if you haven't already seen every episode a trillion times and as if anything that actually happens in any episode to have any bearing on the next one. it's like the worst, most cookie-cutter, typical sitcom ever made. you know what the modern equivalent is? the goddamn big bang theory. if you really love friends, just remember you are the equivalent to someone 20 years from now worshipping sheldon and telling people how funny bazinga is

idklol i don’t enjoy big bang theory but i find friends quite funny. in fact i think many sitcoms at the time tried hard to be like friends. some gags were silly but a lot of punchlines (from chandler especially) were awesome. but i respect ur opinion my guy

@@clarafication5037 i wasn't trying to say that people who like friends must also like big bang theory, merely that they are essentially equivalents of eachother. hence bazinga - in the 90s it was "how you doin". as for chandler, i think most people will agree he was the funniest person on the show... but to me that's just a case of the land of the blind. he's much funnier - in comparison to the rest.
