Hi guys in this video I have made a automatic wire cutter and stripper machine,
I have used a nextion 2.8" HMI for user interface from it you can enter the desire length of cuts for wire.

You can make it better : When you make the first notch on the wire, just run the machine backwards to make the wire casing seperate and you will only have to pull the casing from the other end
If the wire slips in the extruder it could cause the measurements to be off though
@@Gamogamer that and it wouldn't be able to strip the other end. Overall you'd need a slightly different design to get reliable stripping.
Actually you can strip both ends. Strip the first end of the wire twice as long as you need, and for the back end of the wire use the strippers to shift the whole length insulation forward so you have an event stripped front end and back end of the wire. Then cut the wire off. It actually doesn't take that much force if you get the right solid core wire.
@@teleCodes doesn't make sense.
@@muhammadbasir83 It does make sense... It may however be problematic when longer pieces of wire are cut. Since the insulation slides less easily.
Crazy appreciations for all the content you make. I am actually a fan of your machines. You are really talented. Thanx for all these fun ideas
Someone was frustrated with their extruder assembly at some point. LOL. I bet I could make one of these pass wire... Love it!
Hey! Dude project is Awesome 😍 , can you share arduino code and HMI File
I like that you are using mechanism that 3d printer uses to pull filament into extruder, nice idea!
The machine and function was worth applauding.
Geniale! Complimenti! 💪🏻
For stripping you could take apart a 12 42 195 KNIPEX MultiStrip 10 (the best auto-adjusting wire stripper for this size range). Close the clamp, move the wire, open the clamp.
It will bi good to add counter of cuted wires! It helps in case making hundreds wires! Good project! Very useful!
Awesome ! Very creative. A scaled down steel bar cutter for construction precast.
Have been thinking something like this but more portable for awhile. If you want a good set of strips that aren't junk to chuck into that thing, order a set of Irwin v-cuts. The pair I'm using keep their edge so well that I have only sharpened them once in the year and a half I have owned them, they kinda need a touch up sharpening but still go straight through skin, muscle and callous, directly to the surface of the bone. Seems like they would be idea for this sort of use, may be with an added finger guard, god damn those things love the taste of fingers.
GREAT ONE !!!! nice idea with the servo !
TIP: If you hold firmly the wire while with your other hand you squeeze and twist the insulation as you pull it off, it will twist the wire braid into a nice and tidy spiral instead of leaving the braid wires straight and flapping about.
Went from "Please... My wire strippers are cool" to "I need this"
Awesome project and idea, Mr Innovative! :)
Nice to see a technical video with gentle music 👍
Brilliantly engineered and made
wow... that's beautiful machine!
Wow, I did not know I needed this, thanks :D
That is a really good idea and you made it super. 👍
Pretty cool man!!
Always a pleasure to see yours videos. Thumbs Up
interesting Projekt, nicely done ...thumbs up!
Awesome idea and really useful!
Super cool!
Beautiful machine!
Love it, simple and practical
SUCH A COOL PROJECT
Awesome, man!
10/10 for filmography 🙌
the fantastic video! good job !
I love your videos. Your machines are so useful
Very cool project!
Very well concieved and executed
Really nice project!!
That is pretty cool
Wow! Very good!
These is a very useful thing thanks for making that 👍👌🙌
AWESOME!!!!
Yep
Thalaivaree neengalaaa
Great! Thanks for sharing
Fantastic!
That's SOO AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So cool!
Excellent project
Awesome done.
Beautiful 🤩. Really helpful 🙃
Cool one. Curious why did you move from screwing everything at the beginning to gluing everything at the end? Did you run out of screws? :) Good job anyway. Love it.
Very impressive!!
Very nice project
Continue genius dude 👏
Good and nice project..👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️
So nice... U r my inspiration!!!!!!
Хорошая машинка! Лайк
Great job.
Very Awesome Work And Idea.
Very nice!
Wow ❤️🔥
very clever !!
u are the best bro
Интро глянул и сразу лайкос... )
You have fucking good idea! And you work nice and quick. My projects takes years to be done!
I thought it was solid core but it isnt!! Well done
Good job👍👍
Ur every project's are unique and best😍
👏👌
Really good ideas
Tebrik ederim. Çok başarılı bir uygulama olmuş.
Whaoo amazing 🙂👍
Nice stripper machine 🔥🔥🔥
If i didn't struggle with learning to program arduino and what sone stuff mean and to understand it not just screwing around i couldve had a arduino controlled machine also by now. But well done for your machine dude!
Most excellent!
👏👌
Wow super 👌
very well made
Sweet now the crimper attachment for connectors 😁
Nice bro😁. I waiting for coding arduino and hmi
Wow nice
Super class 🙂
Amazing
Nice bro woooooooooooooooooow
That's amazing, can you make a modification to strip wires with varnish isolation?
Nice 👌 👋 👌 👋
Cool .. awesome .. !
Which is the Software you used for the UI programming of touch pannel
Nice👍👍👍
So that's how they make pre cut breadboard wires!
Now just add a stripping and tinning operation. That'd be great.
The feed motor could pull the wire back while the wire stripper is closed, to remove the insulation.
After that, the servo responsible for selecting which part of the wire stripper to use could move the wire over to an extra tool, such as a soldering iron with a second "wire" feeder to give it fresh solder.
I guess that's the beauty of DIY projects. After you make them yourself, you can start making little upgrades here and there (like a firmware update to remove the insulation, or a tinning tool, or a proper enclosure) and really make it your own.
perfect
Very useful
Professor Farnsworth will be proud of you.
NEED IT!!!!
Nice
If I had one of those, i would be cuting wires all day for no reason. 😂😂😂
Good
Cool
Урра, теперь у нас есть устройство нарезающее проводки.
Cool very
Nice project
👏👌.
Super
Can you share the arduino project code, and the PCB design file. Thanks Mr. innovative 👍🏻👍🏻
Beautiful, can it strip wires of different sizes?
super
