A guy I'm seeing, had Oreos. He has a ritual that, when he takes a handful, the last one he likes to take apart and lick the cream. He said it's something he does to honor his grandma because they used to do that. It's sweet, and I like him, but I do some really bad things to him and I don't know why. He got to the last Oreo and I asked him to get me a drink. Wheh he did, I pulled apart the Oreo and slid my undies over, and I farted right there on the cream. I quickly put the oreo back and I laughed for the rest of the night, especially when he ate it. He asked what's funny and I told him I just remembered something. Why do I do stuff like this to people I like?
The Substance is an all-timer. I also think it will be an awards darling because of the script, direction, and Demi Moore and Margaret Qualley’s performances.
I think people just want to hype up the movie because it is suppose to be a social commentary. So many horror movies do this nowadays. Within the past 8 months: the substance, trap, maxxxine, smile 2. They’re all in a way revolving around young women who are famous or want to be. It’s not interesting. So I disagree about this. We need likable characters in parts of the movie. And the fight scene was not well paced.
You need to redo this video, leaving The Substance out is like forgetting The Godfather in a Gangster movie list. Best film of the year and best horror in years!!!
The Substance is an All Timer, and my personal favorite movie of the year. It was unique, campy, gross, fun, the effects were amazing, and just overall entertaining. I think you were pretty spot on with your list! Can't wait to see Nosferatu!
@WeWatchedAMovie Totally understand. Really a pretty great year for horror! 2025 is looking pretty good too w/ The Monkey, Talk 2 Me, Frankenstein, and hopefully Blumhouse can redeem themselves with the Wolf Man. REALLY curious about this Return of the Living Dead remake, too! Keep up the good work, man! 🤙
THE SUBSTANCE - Total All Timer!! Best fucking movie of the last 5 years! Strange Darling also goes into All Timers for me, absolutely brilliant. A few enjoyable ones you have missed and may not have seen ... The Devil's Bath, Apartment 7a, Blink Twice and Oddity.
Shamylan saw Hartnett in the previous season of Black Mirror for his role as the villian and immediately hit up his manager and had a meeting with them, they gave him the script and he was hooked and signed on. I am just glad he is back!
Trap - Pretty Rad Maxxxine - Pretty Rad Don’t blink- Pretty Rad Alien Romulus- Almost touches the Sun Abigail - Pretty Rad Late night with the devil- Almost touches the Sun Smile 2 - Pretty Rad Longlegs - Pretty Rad Heretic - Almost touches the Sun The First omen - All Timer Terrifier 3 - Almost touches the Sun It’s what’s inside- Pretty rad The crow - Steve butt Immaculate- Pretty Rad The Watchers - Steve butt Afraid-Fable (I honestly didn’t hate it I thought it was okay) Don’t move - Pretty rad BeetleJuice 2 - Pretty Rad Nosferatu-(I’m predicting either all timer or Almost touches the Sun) The rest I haven’t seen yet or don’t care (Edit forgot about some movies and Change maxxxine into Fable to Pretty Rad I was just thinking all over the movie again lol)
I seriously hope we get more horror like "Omen" & "Longlegs"in the upcoming year. I'm also really excited to see "28 Years Later" & hopeful that Mike Flanagan will turn the "Exorcist" franchise around.
@ oh ok, your right they got the story it’s telling wrong my friend. Though most movies based on serial killers aren’t very good. Mason Dahmer Gacy Ed Gein have movies based on them but none of them are any good.
Love the content was wondering if you saw the new umbrella Terrifier art attack box set mine is shipping soon and can’t wait my favorite physical media release of the year
Not enough talk about Strange Darling. Fantastic movie, definitely a fave for me this year as well. I’d love to see a little reaction video to the last 15-20ish minutes of Immaculate when y’all watch it…shit gets a little wild 😅
That was a fun time and also reminded me about a few I have missed. I was surprised The Substance wasn't on there however. Easily my favorite movie of the year and favorite theater experience of the year. 2 old ladies almost threw down at the start of the movie and I was all for it lol
When you were doing your tier list, you should do a decade ones to. 80-89 and 90-99 and 2000-2009 , you have your yearly rankings just take them from that list lol.
I agree with you on the smile 2 character not being likeable, but I thought that movie was really good. I thought it was even level with the original, and Naomi Scott was incredible in that. I also saw a longlegs in the theatre with my 13 year old daughter so that’s kind of funny. We also liked it and we’re hoping it was going to be a lot scarier. But regardless of it, not being scary if you could get by constantly thinking that’s Nicolas Cage under the make up. I thought it was among the best of the year and certainly the most beautifully shot for me anyway. And yeah dude, the first omen I thought was a great movie, but I didn’t see anything that was scary at all sadly. I was hoping it was going to be scary, but it didn’t really scare me although it was well acted and a pretty damn good movie. I honestly found smile 2 the scariest of the year for me. I love how you put afterlife in there instead of frozen empire lol, but I’m sure a bunch of people have mentioned that by now. Haha cheers Mike
Here's my list... I used your ranking system, and used the titles that I saw this year: • All-Timer: The First Omen, Lisa Frankenstein, Terrifier 3 • Almost Touches the Sun: Alien: Romulus, Oddity, Abigail, VHS: Beyond • Pretty Rad: Longlegs, Hellboy: The Crooked Man, In a Violent Nature, Under Paris, Beetlejuice Beetlejuice, The Pope's Exorcist, Maxxxine, Late Night With the Devil, Sting • Fu*$able: Strange Darling, The Substance, Immaculate, Hellhole, Azrael • Sucks my Butt Steve: Salem's Lot, Daddy's Head, Night Swim, Tarot, The Exorcism, Rippy, Stream, Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire
For me personally Abigail is Almost touches the sun I love this fucking movie but of course I'm a huge vampire fan so I'm very bias 😂, Abigail is still my favorite horror movie of the year followed very closely by Terrfier 3 which is also Almost touches the Sun for me , can Nosferatu beat Abigail for my favorite horror movie of the year I think it can but we shall see
Check out a movie called MadS on Shudder, I'm curious to what you think of that movie, also i was looking forward to watching Cuckoo, but i'm not to excited to watch that anymore after i bought it when it was on sale on Prime Lol awesome video as always !!!
I didn't agree with all of the takes - but loved hearing your thoughts on all the horror this year (: makes me excited for a 2025 full of new movies, too. Edit: I started laughing all over again because I'm just remembering Night Swim fucking exists.
For me, from the films i watched out of this list, i was overall disappointed with pretty much all of them. Not to say they were awful or all bad, but so many, if not most, can be summed up like this. "First two thirds really good, and the concept and premise cool and interesting, finaly third completely fell off a cliff"
Duuuude. Smile 2 didn't do it for me either and I love the first one. I'm so confused by the love for it and people saying it's way better than the first. Maybe it's better on second watch? I don't know, but it felt like it didn't go anywhere, and I got tired of the pop star routine and such. I watched it the night after a Smile rewatch and it just didn't have the tension for me. Felt like a true, lesser sequel.
Today is Thursday morning, not Tuesday morning. Sorry, I will miss the livestream today. My Poppa(my Mom’s Dad), needs help with going to get campfire wood to then go put in his shed, that will be for later on. Yes, he has a shed that gets filled with campfire wood. Don’t forget to tell Holly Roxy, why I can’t make it to the livestream today, please.
Great video. I disagree strongly with a couple od your takes but I enjoyed the video. I thought Arcadian was amazing and In a violent nature (great kills or not) was the most boring pointless POS of the year.
Smile 2 on the same tier as Strangers is maybe the only thing I disagree with. I guess on Maxxxine I differ too. I definitely think it was the weakest out of the trilogy.
I really wanted to like Heretic, but for me it was forgettable and boring. I literally fell asleep a few times during this movie. I loved Longlegs though and saw it in theaters 3 times.
I didn't really like Woman of the Hour but it is actually based on real story from the 70s. Anyways lol great video as usual you beast of a man... Love your fucking face 🤟🏻 WWAM FOR LIFE BABY 💪🏻🍻
J and I are LIVE at 9 in the MORNING Tuesday morning with a live SUPERMAN trailer reaction & hangout!
Thursday!
Geez MIKE Thursday!!! Stay off that shit 😂
I'll be at work but definitely gonna conveniently have to go to the bathroom when the live starts to join my WWAM FAM

Oh my god how did I forget The Substance!!!!! I will update that one
@@WeWatchedAMoviethe Substance HAS to go in all timer, that shit was gnarly!
Ghostbusters afterlife didn't come out in 2024, Ghostbusters frozen empire came out in 2024
I think people just want to hype up the movie because it is suppose to be a social commentary.
@zachharris3040 disagree you don't need likeable characters in a horror movie. That's for family friendly blockbusters horror is a different beast.
Mike, I think you’re a dope guy! Even when we don’t agree, I really just enjoy your videos. Keep it up brother. Have a good holiday season.
Thank you my friend! I appreciate that! Hope yours rules as well
You need to redo this video, leaving The Substance out is like forgetting The Godfather in a Gangster movie list. Best film of the year and best horror in years!!!
💯
The Substance is an All Timer, and my personal favorite movie of the year. It was unique, campy, gross, fun, the effects were amazing, and just overall entertaining. I think you were pretty spot on with your list! Can't wait to see Nosferatu!
I messed up and forgot to add it! I need a Letterboxd reminder lol. I loved it as well! It's ATTS for me.
@WeWatchedAMovie Totally understand. Really a pretty great year for horror! 2025 is looking pretty good too w/ The Monkey, Talk 2 Me, Frankenstein, and hopefully Blumhouse can redeem themselves with the Wolf Man. Wrong Ghostbusters 😅 good tier list!
Terrifier 3 was great. Can’t wait for 4
BEST: Abigail
WORST: The Crow
The Crow isn't even originally a horror film, that being said. I 100% agree
I love Abigail. I’ve watched it 5 or 6 times already.
I'd put Longlegs in all timer
Damn I’d put smile 2 almost touches the sun
I think a lot would I’m in the minority on that one for sure
Mike, thank you. You make me laugh every time and that Imaginary rant had me lol (literally). So funny.
Thank you so much for saying that!
Shamylan saw Hartnett in the previous season of Black Mirror for his role as the villian and immediately hit up his manager and had a meeting with them, they gave him the script and he was hooked and signed on.
I am just glad he is back!
You've gotta watch The Substance and Lowlifes
I reviewed The Substance just forgot it here. I'd say Almost Touches The Sun.

I seriously hope we get more horror like "Omen" & "Longlegs"in the upcoming year. I'm also really excited to see "28 Years Later" & hopeful that Mike Flanagan will turn the "Exorcist" franchise around.
The Coffee Table is a great Spanish horror.
Oh yes!!! Most uncomfortable watch of the year for sure!!!
Mike were you talking about Ghostbusters Frozen Empire? Because you put Afterlife😅
I’m an idiot box
The substance?
Love the vid mam. Liked & subscribed. What did you make of Heretic & The Substance?
Heretic was a pretty rad for me I believe! Substance (I just forgot) is an Almost Touches The Sun! and thank you!
finally a 2024 horror tier list that wasn’t made with several months left in the year 😂
Great list❤
Where can we buy the hoodie?
www.wewatchedamovie.square.site my good man
Mike Woman of the hour is based 100% on a true story. Anna Kendrick even interviewed the girl she actually portrayed who was the on dating game show.
I know
@ oh ok, your right they got the story it’s telling wrong my friend. Though most movies based on serial killers aren’t very good. Mason Dahmer Gacy Ed Gein have movies based on them but none of them are any good.
Love the content was wondering if you saw the new umbrella Terrifier art attack box set mine is shipping soon and can’t wait my favorite physical media release of the year
Thank you! I did. It looks amazeballs.
The Substance?
Check the comments lol I just mind goofed.
Nosferatu #1 and Longlegs #2 without a doubt! They have not just been the best horror movies of the year but rather the best movies of the year
I felt Maxxxine is a all timer film. Mia Goth had some very Patrick Bateman’s inspired I have to go return some video tapes vibes.
What happened in the Og Speak No Evil that wasn't in the sequel?
It’s weird cuz Trap nothing really happens but I like it
lol same
Great list bro. I agree with about 95% of your ratings
Thank you!!
Not enough talk about Strange Darling. Fantastic movie, definitely a fave for me this year as well. I’d love to see a little reaction video to the last 15-20ish minutes of Immaculate when y’all watch it…shit gets a little wild 😅
Agreed!!
Hey Mike you in in KY? I was born and raised in Lexington.
Ahhh Stay Tuned forgotten about that little gem thanks for reminding me 😅
That was a fun time and also reminded me about a few I have missed. I was surprised The Substance wasn't on there however. Easily my favorite movie of the year and favorite theater experience of the year. 2 old ladies almost threw down at the start of the movie and I was all for it lol
TOTALLY FORGOT IT my bad
Finn Whitrock was great AHS freak show
Terrifier 3 was awesome imo!
Did you not watch Oddity?? I personally thought it was up there with Longlegs if not better even.
When you were doing your tier list, you should do a decade ones to. 80-89 and 90-99 and 2000-2009 , you have your yearly rankings just take them from that list lol.
My heart breaks not seeing THE SUBSTANCE here :'(
I just flubbed up! It's an Almost touches the sun!
I love how you put afterlife in there instead of frozen empire lol, but I’m sure a bunch of people have mentioned that by now. Haha cheers Mike
Yes! I could not STAND the main character in Smile 2
Thank you!
The substaaaaancceeeee???
I forgot it! Almost touches the sun
Strange Darling was intense and memorable!
Agree on Smile 2 not as good as 1, but I liked the visuals and acting, just felt less intense
Same! I enjoyed Smile 1 quite a bit more.
Late night with the devil is the best horror of 2024 because it did so much with so little only thanks to good writing.
Here's my list... I used your ranking system, and used the titles that I saw this year:
• All-Timer: The First Omen, Lisa Frankenstein, Terrifier 3
• Almost Touches the Sun: Alien: Romulus, Oddity, Abigail, VHS: Beyond
• Pretty Rad: Longlegs, Hellboy: The Crooked Man, In a Violent Nature, Under Paris, Beetlejuice Beetlejuice, The Pope's Exorcist, Maxxxine, Late Night With the Devil, Sting
• Fu*$able: Strange Darling, The Substance, Immaculate, Hellhole, Azrael
• Sucks my Butt Steve: Salem's Lot, Daddy's Head, Night Swim, Tarot, The Exorcism, Rippy, Stream, Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire
For me personally Abigail is Almost touches the sun I love this fucking movie but of course I'm a huge vampire fan so I'm very bias 😂, Abigail is still my favorite horror movie of the year followed very closely by Terrfier 3 which is also Almost touches the Sun for me , can Nosferatu beat Abigail for my favorite horror movie of the year I think it can but we shall see
I hope so!
Check out a movie called MadS on Shudder, I'm curious to what you think of that movie, also i was looking forward to watching Cuckoo, but i'm not to excited to watch that anymore after i bought it when it was on sale on Prime Lol awesome video as always !!!
My favorite was LONG LEGS ❤️
Tier list always fun to watch
I thought the cgi on arcadian was pretty cool
Dude, no The Substance?!
Haha I messed up and completely forgot it. Almost touches the sun!
I didn't agree with all of the takes - but loved hearing your thoughts on all the horror this year (: makes me excited for a 2025 full of new movies, too.
Edit: I started laughing all over again because I'm just remembering Night Swim fucking exists.
Maxxxine was good, but the killer was obvious imo. I like the 3 films.
Cuckoo was awesome imo, as was Smile 2.
What about Azreal? I loved it
For me, from the films i watched out of this list, i was overall disappointed with pretty much all of them.
Not to say they were awful or all bad, but so many, if not most, can be summed up like this. "First two thirds really good, and the concept and premise cool and interesting, finaly third completely fell off a cliff"
2024 horror movies were horror-ble. Maybe get back on track in 2025
Same dude! I thought the first one was far and away better!
I agree, the first one was better.... It is ok but just like Longlegs the trailer for Smile 2 is much more exciting than the movie itself.
Immaculate and The First Omen are baclsically the "twin films" of 2024
You missed Y2K and the substance 😭
I forgot to mention Substance! ATTS! I didn't see Y2k tho
I don't get the extreme hype with Longlegs. Like, it was okay. But...just okay. Same with Late Night with the Devil.
I liked Afraid. It's a solid slow burn and the more movies bashing AI the better.
My opinion Heretic is All Timer
you forgot to rank in your list the best psychological horror the substance
I know! I messed that one up. Almost touches the sun.
Dude I’m crying from the lolz every time you gave a suck my butt Steve”. Dead. Still my favorite horror review channel
Steve do be getting it in the butt lol and thank you!
aww man i love "Hair-A-Tick"..... xD
I know right why does everyone else keep pronouncing it wrong
I also don’t mind The Union.(with Halle Berry and Mikey Mike’s twin)
Where’s oddity?
I haven't had a chance to see it yet.
@ I thought it was one of the best of the year.
Oddity?
I think it's a great list. I felt the same about Smile 2, that film's fans sure are intense on twitter😬
Gen x is wild with the anonymous twitter handles lol
The elder gentleman in the thumbnail (left) looks just like my dad!
lol I was like heyyyy who you calling elderly lol
@ lmao. Longlegs was a pretty decent movie, and when I saw it with my friends I said “oh dear god”😂
You forgot to rate stopmotion
STEVES BUNS
Sorry mate but we gotta let you have it for getting the wrong Ghostbusters movie, we needed J in their to correct Mike 😅
Hey it's not my fault they both feel like the same movie lol
my top 3 is 1. longlegs 2. heretic 3. terrifier 3
12:37. SAME
28:09. Trust me. Just skip it
agree with cuckoo, that bike scene was amazing and then the rest of the movie was so boring, if they only kept the horror route
I’m hoping for another sequel to The Babysitter.
I hate that Krasinski had no involvment in A QUIET PLACE; DAY ONE or it would've been a hit!
I think you mean ghostbusters frozen empire afterlife was like 3 or 4 years ago
I know, I constantly confuse their names
Wait.....Trap is a horror movie ?
AWESOME I FUCKING LOVE TIER LISTS NEVER ENOUGH TIER LISTS ON TH-cam
PLEASE DO TOP 10 INSERT INSIGNIFICANT ADJECTIVE MOVIES HERE VIDEO NEXT
Ghostbusters: Afterlife is an all timer. Then again, it’s ok to have the wrong opinion.😂😂😂😂😂😂
Great video. I disagree strongly with a couple od your takes but I enjoyed the video. I thought Arcadian was amazing and In a violent nature (great kills or not) was the most boring pointless POS of the year.
I appreciate that increasingly rare ability to disagree with respect!
Honestly I'd put the crow as fuck able because I respect it enough that it wasn't copying the original like yeah it's Eric
but it's not Eric Draven
Smile 2 on the same tier as Strangers is maybe the only thing I disagree with.
I guess on Maxxxine I differ too. I definitely think it was the weakest out of the trilogy.
Fair enough amigo!
Ummmm…Substance?
LOVE ME SOME WWAM 🍻
OMG someone besides me who thought Smile 2 was shit!
Didn’t Afterlife come out in 2021??? 😂😂
I am also Mike
The only blumhouse movie I am
Excited for is the wolfman
Me too!
Love ya back muhfucka thanks buddy
Watch Last Stop In Yuma County again and tell me the main knives salesman doesn’t look EXACTLY like Kirk Cousins
lmao I can already see it
