What happens to the kitties? All veterinarians should be required to do 10 hours a month spaying and neutering stray/feral or low income people's animals! If they did that I would say in a year there would be a very noticeable difference. As a veterinary technician I can neuter cats if I had access to the meds and I would absolutely volunteer my time.
If they want everything to be like they have in England, why not just stay there. So tired of these brits being all over, rather than embrace another country

There is an episode with clint he catches street cats and neutered lots they have volunteers that go around and feed the cats
