Mostly JAPAN only ENGLISH Precure dubs are pretty much Non EXISTENT as of 2018 ONLY 3 seasons did get a English dub Doki Doki Smile and Futari Wa only as English dubs and ALL 3 of them FAILED miserably. In fact Futari Wa Failed so badly in Canada that its Dub NEVER got a DVD/Blue ray release at all. Its a Toei Dub in Japanese so MOST of the 1995/Sailor Moon Crystal Japanese voice actresses did voices in various Precure seasons in Japan.
That too and while Toei COULD SELF Dub it themselves they never did for a SINGLE Precure season but then again Toei never really Self English dubbed any SAILOR Moon season either themselves DIC/Cloverway for S and Super S did then VIZ Media redubbed ALL 5 Sailor Moon Seasons in English themselves.
