    • @lucasduque8289
      @lucasduque8289 3 ปีที่แล้ว +76

      While indeed there are biologist who agree on the idea that parrots might be animals, there are also many who, upon analysis of the current body of evidence, find that there is a possibility that parrots do not fit into the definitions of what might be an animal.
      It is still under discussion among them whether a parrot might be a vegetable or a mineral, or whether it may truly be an animal. Further research is still required.

    5:46: This one actually sounds like a player's attempt at finding a contradiction in a witness's testimony. Except over something so semantic that I can't imagine how it would be plot-relevant.

    • @alexanderthomas1869
      @alexanderthomas1869 3 ปีที่แล้ว +101

      It seems pretty clear how it could be relevant, since it is possible that a gang member is the suspect but the murder was not otherwise connected to the gang in any way.

      What tf were they saying I was just confused

    • @lavernebennet7395
      @lavernebennet7395 3 ปีที่แล้ว +63

      I mean, from what I can tell that's basically what real lawyers are supposed to do when they find a contradiction, because if you just tell the witness they're wrong they'll probably get defensive. You're meant to lead them to the conclusion of "huh, I guess I am/might be wrong."

    • @GippyHappy
      @GippyHappy 2 ปีที่แล้ว +32

      I think the only way this was a worthwhile tangent is that the defense is making the argument that the suspect committed an act of violence for the benefit of their gang and the gang brainwashed or coerced them, but the prosecution is trying to prove that the crime is not related to the gang.
      Or maybe the lawyer just wanted to prove a point even if it was completely irrelevant lol

      @kokoapadoa You have to disassemble the computer first before using compressed air on the fan. Overheating is a problem on computers and it would help prevent a future issue so long as you manage to disassemble your laptop properly.

      Forgot to add this make sure that your computer has cooled down a little bit after turning it off and use gloves if possible when handling computer parts. The oils on hands and dirt may go on other computer parts during disassembly.
