It’s definitely doable! You can start doing finger stretching exercises. I have pretty small hands and practicing chords that require your fingers to stretch helps a lot. You’ll get there!
I know this is a known solution because it requires money but if your hands are really small there are two ways to solve this that together are even better. First: get a smaller nylon guitar , thinner strings and if you don’t have the money to buy a really quality guitar, go to a repair shop and ask to make your frets the lowest they can. Having low frets and low tension will help with easier chords and less strength meaning a more relaxed hand and greater flexibility

putting your thumb lower down behind the neck (tim does this) allows ur fingers to spread further
