English is taught as a foreign language in many graduate school languages and secondary schools.

I'm not certain if it's the nicest city in West Africa, but it's certainly one of the cleanest cities I've seen in all of Africa.

Je suis désolé j était au sénégal il y a quels jours c est l anarchie des vendeurs partout et des tabliers les voitures gares n importe comment a l image avenue William pont sans parler à sandaga et ses rues environnantes comme galandage Diouf au port de Dakar c est purs.
Vraiment Dakar que je connaissais il y quelques années ça c est empire.
Ma question est ce les autorités compétents voient ça le maire de Dakar surtout. Ds la banlieue c est Médina guediaway, pikine yeumbel ...
réfléchie avant de parler .ce que tu décrit existe un peut partout dans le monde.....même chez toi toute les endroits ou pièces ne sont pas aussi ''propre '' voir aussi ''jolie'' de la même façons ....
