Still here 10 years after I first discovered this band, wondering how on earth these guys haven't done big things. Such a distinctive sound, I'm still obsessed
They've certainly got their cult following (me included) and the good thing is next time they're in Leeds they're more likely to be at the Brudebell than Leeds arena
@@aciddanz they're such great lads too, met them a few times. If there's one band I wish greater things for, it's these guys. I suppose it works in our favour with smaller more intimate gigs though
Ray Badger he uses a danelectro back talk reverse delay too but they're really rare and I don't think they're made any more. I've recently bought a digitech reverse delay and they're just as good.
I've seen a couple guys do this but does anyone know why you would put a wah in your signal chain, does it give you a different sound even when not moving it?
You could do, a wah changes the sound of your guitar from treble-heavy (toe down) to bass heavy (toe up), so putting a wah in a fixed position would just work like an EQ pedal essentially
I know you posted this almost a year ago but I'm a gearslut so I had to respond. Looks like a beta 57a to me, which isn't too common on vocals but they have a slightly higher fidelity and offer a cool sound for only about $30 more, for a band like this it works great too.
Azli Shah everyone says they're copying nirvana but I don't see it that much they have obviously been influenced by them but they've got their own way to go about things and stage presence
the total destructed voice! so fucking digging it!
It’s 8:00 AM on a Sunday and I’m going to work. Headbanged to Darker, teared up Weights And Ties
Hell yeah man

Sometimes you need to know the right people... Just the talent is not enough for big things.

@@hells_kellsYeah definitely, it suits them. However they were on a big stage when I discovered them at Leeds fest and they smashed that too
Love their guitar sound
wow, Kristian you absolute babe.
Please do another one for their new material
Very exciting new band! Love the dark themes and raw emotion. The tone of the guitar and bass is also beautiful.

F*cking GREAT!
Somebody knows what pedals is using kristian? Please i need them!
SOBREDOSIS4MYSOUL prob just a DS1 with the mod and some reverb
SOBREDOSIS4MYSOUL I know a EHX Big Muff is in there and a POG 2. As for the reverb and delay I would like to know myself!
Sam Drury get a delay and set the repeats relatively low and the time pretty short
SOBREDOSIS4MYSOUL he uses a danelectro Fab echo, costs like £20
Ray Badger he uses a danelectro back talk reverse delay too but they're really rare and I don't think they're made any more. I've recently bought a digitech reverse delay and they're just as good.
Sweet
this is gourmet as fuck

Wheres wire frame mattres!? God dammit
Awesome! First song a new one?
no, it belongs to the Beehive Queen EP (2012), "This Song is About Me Digging My Own Grave (also known as Darker)"
It's Darker and is the b-side off Burn Out The Bruise

oh sick! nice one man
is it a shure beta 57 that they use?

20:40 este es más crudo pero primero escuchate el otro plis ah
this kristian remind me alot of kurt cobain
+Azli Shah Not to me, very much his own version of music. Eventho I adore Nirvana.

@@deathparty5615 I think its just cause they're a three piece, grunge/punk influences band.
So much nirvana vibes
