Milford, Connecticut is the home of the Hot Butter Lobster Roll.. It started in a place called Perry's in 1929 until they closed in 1977. The 7 Seas which opened in 1965 has ran with the torch since the closing of Perry's and yes you can go out and get the lobster rolls better than the ones you did.. never cut the claw meat.. leave the huge pieces
Agree with previous comment: it would be much more helpful to see inside the pan, than to watch your face (handsome as it is), while you cook. The most successful video chefs show the food as they prep, not just themselves talking about what they are doing. A cooking video should focus on the food. Otherwise it could just as well be a podcast. That said, I appreciate what you do and the BB raw materials are terrific!
