It seems like a lot of people on proton pump inhibitors might be having trouble with absorbing b12

Makes sense to me. I have myelitis and have been diagnosed with peripheral neuropathy based on an MRI. My problem is that I have only been given Gabapentin which I have stopped using because of massive weight gain. Through your presentation I was able to glean that my situation is both metabolic and brain. I have a lesions on the brain and I am diabetic (HbA1C is usually about 6.7.
    Thank you so much.

Way too high of an A1c. Get it down and you can get reversal of this condition

Gabapentin is a dirty drug and does not work for long and likely make it worse

The premise seems to be fake. Your friend is there to agree with you.

You might add neuropathy caused by vitamin b6 toxicity. There are a couple of facebook groups focusing on this.

Amazing information! Thank you for showing your thought process when tackling these seemingly simple issues. Do you find that the majority of peripheral neuropathy patients have metabolic factors as the main influencer to the problem as compared to a lesion in the CNS?
