Oh yeah I definitely appreciate the surf fishing content, I always find myself learning something new in each video I find.
Out of state guy here (northwest pa). I like the variety. My favorite is your offshore stuff but I appreciate all your content. You are able to cater to any style of saltwater fishing and that’s cool. Having none of that available at home it is fun to see all the opportunities available to other areas and it makes me appreciate all those styles of fishing when I am able to do them.

Surf fishing is a pursuit that most folks can successfully do, and watching you boys fish that way is a great way to learn and have some fun. Pier fishing is too chaotic for most folks but is great video to watch. Maybe use that as a gauge of what to offer.
Love all types of fishing but especially like surf fishing. I am a Florida boy living in California. I have relatives in Miramar/Destin and vist often. Thanks to you I'm all set up for surf fishing when I visit. Learned alot from your videos.

Just came back from Pensacola. The grass was not terrible, but was enough that it affected the lines in Fort Pickens. We went to the east a few miles to Gulf Islands National Seashore and there was no grass there. We caught keeper Pompano there pretty easily.

That was a big sea mullet (nc talk here!). We get them running through in the spring and fall. I catch them in numbers, but I can’t say I have seen one that big in a while! Glad to see you cooked some as well… great to eat!

I caught a few nice whiting yesterday while surf fishing Atlantic Beach, Florida. My largest 18". I did not weigh it, I should have. At first I figured it was a redfish because of it's size, but no, it was a whiting. I did not know the whiting state record was below 3 pounds. I am curious, can anyone tell me the length of the state record fish?

What was the State Record?
Well, there are 24 hours in a day. 5 hours on the Pier, 1 hour travel to the beach, 5 hours on the beach, 1 hour travel to the Jetty, 5 hours fishing in the Jetty. 1 hour travel home, 2 hours of a mass catch and cook session for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Remember, Sleep is overrated.

I never had small children, but enjoy the suffering of those who do. I'm lucky to have a foster teenager that's easy to get along with that needs to spend more time with me in the kitchen like these kids with their Dad.
