My cat just passed away yesterday and today I am listening to this, letting my sorrow flow through me. Butterscotch was amazing, I was an angry and hateful person when he came into my life and he poured water on my soul. He taught me to calm down and to love. He taught me to see the beauty in everything even when you have nothing. He was with me through the worst times of my life, there to pick me up when I fell. He would cuddle me every night or be near me because he knew I loved having him near. He would murr every time you looked at him, his whole body jolting with the sound. He looked like living fire in the sunlight, and his eyes glowed with love. He came to me frail and lonely and left fat and happy, his heart filled with so much love that it finally couldn't hold it in a physical form anymore. He had a viking funeral, fit for a warrior that helped me fight my demons and win. He is in the stars, and I hope he knows how much I love him. I met this girl in my work and we started talking for a few months. Soon I started to catch feelings and I found myself slowly falling in love with her. This girl was everything, after so many years of feeling lonely and feeling like I could never have what other guys and what my friends talked about, this was a breath of fresh air. But in the end I got rejected, same like all the other times I tried. I think I have a built in defense mechanism to where I can't show my affection to what I really want to show since in the past it hasn't been reciprocated to what I wanted. I truly did like this girl, but I feel like I let I slip by, again. We would have the best talks, we laughed, and we talked deep into conversations about ourselves and our goals and aspirations. At least she made my life a little better for a time. Now I struggle with the internal conflict of staying as just her friend, or leaving her. hi, i'm here to say that im very thankful to you guys whoever making ambient music. Ive been struggle with ADHD for years, since i was in secondary school, ive caught a serious insomnia and hard to focusing on doing anything. When i grow up and go to work, it really affects me. Recently ive felt a serious stress because i cannot handle a damn big work load, the results weren't good enough, the stress came by many ways not only from myself, and ADHD makes me worse. I tried many kind of songs (metal, ballad, ochestra, no lyrics, lofi etc) and failed I just accidentally found this playlist last week, the first Ambient song i listened to is Apathy. I felt like i found a whole new world. This kind of music really brings me into a private world, i feel like there's only me in the world whenever i turn them up, but i don't feel lonely or afraid at all. It really calms my soul. Last week i was 100% focusing on my works, i draw nonstop still i looked at the clock and i was so surprised, i almost cried. This saved my life i swear! I hope everyone who got a strong ADHD like me can try and successfully handle it. I know life has many things to go through, but someday you will find your way!

Sometimes I get confused whether I'm dreaming or awake. Listening to this music amplifies that feeling. When I close my eyes and listen, I can almost imagine lying in my old childhood home.

My dog was put down yesterday too. It was my first dog and he was 12. I know it hurts but time heals everything. Your dog loved you and it learned love from God. It was like my dog was a message from God that he loves me unconditionally.

It felt like she was everything to me, and I feel like I fucked up and I was the reason we parted ways. One year ago i fell in love, first time in my life. For entire year i have been admiring this boy from a far. I love so many things about him. The way he looks, he walks, he behaves, he speaks, he treats other people. He is a male version of myself. He mirrors me so much i believe that we have some kind of soul connection. Or maybe its just trauma bonding as we both act socially distant, I love so many things in him, but i dont know him as a person. I only know his surface. Im scared to go talk to him, because he resembles me so much - i think that he would be cold an avoidant as i probalby would, thats how i react on sights of affection towards me. I know its toxic and im working on that but thats still how i operate. Im avoidant with my vulnerability, I fear the possibility of him rejecting me, when I show any kind of interest. I hoped the entire year that one day hell come to talk with me. That didnt happen. I dont know how and if i should show him my feelings and admiration. Regardless of everything, we showed me so much about my problems and inner conflicts. He unitentionally triggered so many unhealed wounds in me, so i could heal them. Since he appeared in my life I expanded so so much as a person. I hope this story is going to have a happy end. I hope I am going to get over him and meet better a person, or live by his side, cause i dont want to live further in uncertainty, fear and doubt. Thank you for reading this. His once lively eyes now closed, leaving behind a void that echoes with memories of joy and love shared. The quiet house today is a painful reminder of his absence, with every corner holding a piece of his playful spirit that will forever be missed. Though grief weighs heavy, I find solace in knowing he's free from pain, his spirit now wandering across the rainbow bridge, leaving behind a legacy of unconditional love that time can never erase.
My dog was put down yesterday too. It was my first dog and he was 12. I know it hurts but time heals everything. Your dog loved you and it learned love from God. It was like my dog was a message from God that he loves me unconditionally.
Silence isn't an absence but a presence. Not a emptiness, but a repletion.

It felt like she was everything to me, and I feel like I fucked up and I was the reason we parted ways. I felt so content being alone before, but now I feel the need to talk to someone, to have connections or attention paid to me. As much as I am scared to admit, I miss her, I miss how we laughed together, played together, shared silly stuff with each other. Recent nights felt extra lonely and uncomfortable.

yea man idk my gf of 7yrs left me and my family dog passed away right after. somehow these songs make me feel calm amidst the anxiety and sadness. not many words can describe the joy i get from talking a night drive or walk while feeling comfortable with the uncomfortable. hope they’re both doing well now

“Mirage” is my favorite, it reminds me of Silent Hill.
One year ago i fell in love, first time in my life. For entire year i have been admiring this boy from a far. I love so many things about him. The way he looks, he walks, he behaves, he speaks, he treats other people. He is a male version of myself. He mirrors me so much i believe that we have some kind of soul connection. Or maybe its just trauma bonding as we both act socially distant, I love so many things in him, but i dont know him as a person. I only know his surface. Im scared to go talk to him, because he resembles me so much - i think that he would be cold an avoidant as i probalby would, thats how i react on sights of affection towards me. I know its toxic and im working on that but thats still how i operate. Im avoidant with my vulnerability, I fear the possibility of him rejecting me, when I show any kind of interest. I hoped the entire year that one day hell come to talk with me. That didnt happen. I dont know how and if i should show him my feelings and admiration.
Regardless of everything, we showed me so much about my problems and inner conflicts. He unitentionally triggered so many unhealed wounds in me, so i could heal them. Since he appeared in my life I expanded so so much as a person.
I hope this story is going to have a happy end. I hope I am going to get over him and meet better a person, or live by his side, cause i dont want to live further in uncertainty, fear and doubt.
