if the musicians has their own ipads and master fader is it possible that they connect their IEMs on the ipad?

You can set access limits to the monitor users so the users can't access the mains

Yes, how you get this mix to the player? Just with the cable to a wireless monitor? Or how?

On the physical board, there will be XLR outputs for your Aux-Sends. For our front line team members, we connect a wireless IEM system, like a Shure PSM300. For our back line members, we run an XLR cable from the Aux-send on the board to the band member on the stage platform. We connect a Behringer P2 to the XLR. That can be clipped to the musician's belt or pocket, and their headphones plug into the Behringer P2.

@@yabado20032003 They cannot plug directly in to the iPad (although that would a really neat feature!). They need to connect to the Aux-send on the board using an XLR cable and something like a Behringer P2

Can you EQ a aux channel if you dont like the EQ of your overall in ear mix on that specific aux channel?

      Yes you can

You can, but keep in mind that adjusting individual EQ on each channel effects everyone. You can EQ each Send, whether it be Main/PA or other Auxiliary Sends.

Yes, You can have lots of different iPads connected. I read it in the manual at one point. I think it said 15 of them at once.
