Like when Knee was dominating the scene, he was regarded as the god, and he still got hyped up even now, but Arslan never got the same treatment, everytime he wins, people are like "perfect tekken SleepingFace" and root the other guy instead, I wonder why, Arslan seems like a chill dude too

tekken 7 is boring because instead of people learning the meta and growing as players with the game the game just gets new updates and characters that are superior to the characters at launch and people just play the braindead good characters that are in the update. Back in the old days you actually would pick a main that people would know you for and your skill and accumulated knowledge would take you to the top if you were good enough. Imo the updates make the game boring super smash bros melee doesnt get updates and characters who have never won in 20 years are winning tournaments now. Games don't need updates if the game is good it's good.
Why should I be excited for Tekken 8? It looks exactly the same as 7. They better have fast online this time without loading forever.
