It's a German town - not a real one but based on an existing one (looks a bit like small towns in the northwest but I'm not sure). So the signs of the roundabout are pointing in the right direction because in Germany roundabouts usally turn counter clockwise. And for those who are interested in the shop names: "Apotheke" is German for drug store or pharmacy and "Parfümerie" is German for perfumery.
This was an interesting simulator so far. I really like the open world - it has a lot more detail than I would have expected. Hopefully whatever glitch got you stuck gets fixed soon. 😊

Those signs on the roundabout are pointing in the wrong direction.
It's kinda a weird city, the city itself doesn't look american, but the roads are set to american driving.
