Looks like a simple white tiered cake that they project images on. Same concept like in the Haunted Mansion.
Completely edible but you're paying a premium for the presentation.

There's other companies doing this, I know of one in China and one in Canada doing this as well, their prices are ~$1000 for what's in the video and $5000 for custom.

BIueRedPurpIe I think it's the custom projection itself that may cost money. Not sure of what this couple got since I can only see 20s of the clip, but I'm sure that depending on the complexity of the movie, the pricing will go up.
