- "Children's are messengers of God , they are the medium of mutual concord." Universal Children's Day or World Children's Day is celebrated on 20th November every year. In India, Children's Day is celebrated on 14th November every year being the birthday of independence India's first Prime Minister Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru. Children's Day is celebrated in schools, colleges and offices with great vigour. This video is conceived by me at my channel Yearn 2 Learn to to give educators some ideas on how to celebrate Children's Day specially during this time of online teaching. Hey Varsha, you can have themed party on themes like animals, ethnic wear, cartoon characters etc., You can also have dancing session and laughter session with them.
I really like your suggestions, thank you for sharing also a piece of your culture. Though here in Mexico we speak Spanish as a mother tongue, I'm an English teacher and Children's Day is celebrated in our country on April 30, so, these ideas are wonderful as we're still attending school from home. Most of the videos I see are PPTs that are converted to video. So once you finish you PPT convert it to a video
