Absolutely! I was here at this concert, and I can tell you as true as I sit here she sang every song live, and she has a stunning voice. Of course the music is playing in the back ground but she is singing, I could both see and hear her very clearly. So to anyone that thinks she lip sync you do not know what you are talking about!!!!!

I would argue that gaga hasn't changed really. Compare this to any other artist out there at the minute and this still has more creativity, and better vocals and dancing combined. And I love the stage. I think it's so nice to see some effort being put into the work :)
She used the official instrumental + backing vocals and this song is one of the last in a TWO HOUR SHOW. She has always used the official instrumental + backing vocals, that is different from lipsynching ( the artist just uses the official song )

She is not lip-synching just not singing at all in some parts, and I agree that she should sing more, but on the other hand the tour is long and she has to keep her voice fresh.
I am not doubting that she does... and all those videos you mentioned are great and had good dance routines. Personally the videos for BTW album didn't meet up to expectation especially with all the dance tracks involved. Most of her dances include too many hand movements and the raising of her legs that makes her look like she's falling.. its all too similar for my liking.
So fucking perfect. The BTW Ball was LIFE. it needs to be brought back for one night so it can have its own DVD :(
