  • Make perfect Tanghuuru without fail, with no failings.
    Have fun and press the subscription and good button:)
    Material
    200g sugar, 100g water, paper cup, 8-10 strawberries, 3-4 tangerines, skewers
    Create
    1.Be Careful to Peel tangerines so that they don't get hurt in the inner shell.
    2.Prepare the straberries, move the stalkes, and put the skwer in.
    3. 1 cup full of sugar + 3cm cup = 200g
    4. 4.8 cm water = 100 g
    5. Put the patients in a pot and bowl over medium heat.
    6.Low the syrup to low heat when it starts to blow thick.
    If the siren starts to clear and pay gold, turn on the fire.
    8.Check if sip has been dropped in cold water to harden it.
    9.Coat syrup quickly without opening the fruit.

    Thank you so much it worked out for me!
    Here’s a few tips:
    •When your putting your fruit in the pot or pan to coat it in sugar make sure that your stove is still on because if it isn’t then the sugar coating will harden really fast
    •Also make sure to put sugar in your pot or pan first and then put water
    •I prefer to freeze it after I put the sugar coating so it’s more crunchy and yummy!
    •Heat your pot or pan before you add the sugar and water

      You have to freeze it but it may depend on how good your freezer is cause mines still melts but when I purchase from someone else they last longer. So maybe it’s how I make them too idk.

    This brings back memories of my childhood growing up in Beijing, it was common snack. It was also in our Chinese text book, I remember the story called WanNianLao. So not only doesn it brings back memories of the food, it brings back memories of school and how me and my friends would buy snacks like this after school from street vendors.

    A few notes on this through trial and error: Make sure the sugar gets hot enough. Somewhere between 250-300 F or it won't solidify well. Also, if you're clumsy like me, be careful because if any of the sugar accidentally touches your hand/drips on you, you will get pretty bad burns (3rd degree is very plausible here--yes that's personal experience). It tastes good and is satisfying to make though so, worth a shot if you're interested.

      @@reagandaddydiller4211 They're listed in the video and in the description but I think in cups it came out to about 1 cup sugar and 1/4 cup and 3 Tablespoons of water but I'd double check that on Google. And the heat changes throughout the cooking process so I'd just refresh on the video before making it.

      @@erbiba342 Hi, I'm just guessing but the weird white stuff might be a lot of trapped air bubbles. Does it start to rise up really high every time you use the right heat? I'm not really sure what's happening here so take this advice with a grain of salt but I would make sure your pot is big enough so it has a bit of room to expand. Also, there's a chance your stoves heat is a little different so maybe try adjusting that in small increments to see if it gets better. Just work with caution

      @@tjay2586 Pretty sure it doesn't work that way. Think of a microscope, we can't see those details normally, we need it to see very small things. It adds to our vision. So every camera is probably "better" than our vision.

    i remember always craving for this whenever we used to go out in China, and ask (more like plead) my parents to buy me a strawberry tanghulu, cause people sell them all the time on the streets. It's good to know that it is so simple to make, and it doesn't require a lot of ingredients, or advanced cooking skills, so I can make it at home myself when I want to eat it.

    i made this today and i am so happy with how it turned out!! i put the tanghulu in ice water afterwards and for me, it made it a bit soggy. so next time i’ll just leave it on parchment paper afterwards!! totally gonna do it again, it tastes so great and looks incredible ‼️‼️

    탕후루 처음 하시는 분들은 탕후루 건조할 때 꼭 고무장갑이나 목장갑 끼우고 박스에 꽂으세요..박스에 끼우다가 시럽이 손가락에 떨어져서 그대로 굳어 2도화상 입었어요ㅜ낫는데만 2주째네요..이런 취미 베이킹 많이 하는데도 데였어요 첨 하시는 분은 꼭 손조심하세요~~

      @@angvlic I also have problems making it. The syrup isn't brown, but it just never hardens no matter how long I wait and even after sitting out overnight I come back and it's still sticky.

    귤: 0:15 속 껍질이 딸려 나오지 않게 벗기기
    1:45 나무 젓가락은 궁둥이쪽으로 꽂아 준다.
    딸기: 0:35 무르고 상처 난 딸기 쓰지 않고 빤질 빤질한 딸기로 준비하기
    0:52 꼭지는 자르지 않고 잎사귀만 뗀다!
    1:05 키친타올이나 깨끗한 행주로 살짝 감싸 물기 제거하기
    1:20 꼬치는 꼭지 정중앙에 꽂아야 딱 고정됨.
    종이컵 계량
    설탕: 2:15 종이컵에 가득 붓고 평평하게 깎아서 '한 컵' + 2:40 '3cm컵' (총 설탕 200g)
    물: 3:08 4.8cm컵 (총 100ml)
    3:15 냄비에 설탕, 물을 넣고 도구로 젓지 않기 (결정이 생김)
    3:20 처음엔 약-중불에서 설탕과 물 끓이기
    3:30 불을 켬과 동시에 스톱워치 실행
    3:45 설탕이 모두 녹고 설탕과 물(시럽)이 살짝 걸쭉해지면 약불로 줄이기
    4:00 시럽이 맑은 황금색을 띠고 물엿처럼 끈적하게 끓어 오르면 불 끄기
    4:10 시간은 평균 16-19분 정도 소요됨
    4:15 시럽이 잘 만들어졌는지 확인하기 위해서 찬물에 시럽 붓고 깨트리기
    4:40 더 정확히 확인하기 위해 굳은 시럽 깨물어 보기! 조금이라도 끈적하다면 더 끓여주기
    4:47 과일이 익지 않게 꼬치를 빠르게 돌려 시럽 입히기
    5:00 시럽이 너무 두꺼워도 맛 없으니 한 바퀴만 돌리기
    5:15 시럽이 굳으면 약불에 다시 녹이기
