- Dr Kizza Besigye, the former leader of the Forum for Democratic Change who was arrested in Nairobi, Kenya over the weekend has been produced in the General Court Martial at Makindye. It was not clear what charges the former presidential candidate was charged with. Several members of the Katonga faction of FDC camped near the court martial.

Kenya government should be sued at the international court of Justice for violating international law. Any foreigner purportedly arrested/ abducted in a foreign country must b processed in accordance with international law. This is blatantly ignored in the case of Dr. Besigye
