These police officers really have manners. They are using a polite language to talk to Besigye!!
Even Besigye understands that they are under the influence of powers from above them, but I love the language they are using a polite language!!!

It's sad how politicians put public officers in embarrassing situations just fight their political enemies. However God changes things over time and those currently in power must eat the humble pie.

But to be honest since when do peoples' homes became police cells? If you have a strong reason why you want someone arrested, why not to take to the right place. Because you are a police officer, so you have the right to just say that you are not moving out of your home even when you can't give a reason. This is being silly

thise Is not right for sure, everyone one must respect Uganda laws and constitution, presidents museven if somebody acting suspicious there is the good way of watching him,you can arrange some police man to have shifts of watching him every where he go, but not to stop him to go even to church.give him peace to go wherever he want but make sure police watching him but not to interfere to his normal work and daily life.
