What amazing piece of art this is! The clarity of the sounds, the vibrations of the bells, the singing of the syths... I expected some lame shoddy copy and paste work of an extension, but instead this is a masterfully crafted remaster with whole new sections which blend in as they where always there. Wow! Edit: I would love to have a flac file of this!
@@GillesNuytens probably because Julie's voice had to be more feminine and sexy (Christoph Gans said) and Tcheky's character had to be more American then French.
That's hard for an actor... And then seeing yourself with the voice of someone else dubbed in your own language. I can imagine the feeling. It happened to me once but I was only an extra in a movie with a single line. They dubbed me these assholes because my accent was not French enough (I'm Belgian with French as first language!!)... F*ckers. This said, I have been dubbed in many other languages on other films (Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Chinese and I don't know what else), that's funny.

Awesomeness. Too bad they never did a sequel to Crying Freeman. Marc Dacascos was the ideal actor to play him.

Both actors Julie Condra and Tcheky Karyio have been dubbed. Julie with actress Deborah Cara Unger and Tchekys voice with Ron Perlman.
