I am surprised meregali doesn't use his unique position as a gi absolute world champion and high level new wave competitor to make more of these kind of videos where can discuss how certain techniques I'm the gi can be adapted for no gi and visa versa. There are still many people who train gi and no gi and want to be great at both.

Damn i did not expect this from you. This is probably the best video i have seen on this particular matter and believe me i have seen many. You really went through pretty much every problems i face when im on mount. Since i have very weak arm strengths i can't just peel those elbows away from the body and even if i tried like you said in the video they bump and sweep me. I think the things you taught here will help me tremendously. Thanks.

Absolutely amazing details. When I cross face in mount people immediately go to kipping escapes. Does lifting hips while cross facing help stop kipping escapes before you walk the legs up?

eu consegui uma finalização nessa posição quando encaixa ali no final mas eu sinto que com alguém bem forte e resistente é difícil, geralmente só pega com caras menores ou mais magros.
se você fosse buscar a finalização na preção ali, sua preção vem mais do peito ou dos under hooks ? ou ambos juntos?
