What is the real equity in your service business?

Federal equity in your service business is how much it frees you up to actually build a life, and not just a business your whole life.
so many people who think they're entrepreneurs slave over their business for years and years and years without breaking the promise they made themselves years ago that things would turn out the way they thought.
you have to always be changing how things are turning out you have to reassess at least once a week if not once a month at the very very least,
the professionals such as myself do one of these analysis every single day and sometimes several times a day I've made big commitments and within the hour I changed them because something else came to my mind and I realized I'd be wasting my time,
it might be time to get a new marriage or a new girlfriend or boyfriend, or a new career, but you have to understand that your life is your only business and your business is what you do in the meantime,
the equity in your business is your life so the time you put in your business better hit home very hard and make you the maximum amount of money for your time.

Good morning guys or gals I happen to be a gal I opened a construction clean business just recently and I need some help and advice on how to find good employees that will actually want to work that will actually take pride in what they do. My mother has one here in Ocala Florida and she’s dealing with the same thing. It’s hard to find good help these day. I drive an hour everyday to work and help her out.

do you love doing construction clean? it's almost like saying I just opened a business that cleans sewers and I can't find anybody passionate about it LOL,
but for real it is hard work it's more of a labor job of people who have to work and not people who have a passion for the work, but for whatever reason you got into this business you can still find someone who wants to get up and be told what to do, they need to have a start of their day and a finish to their day you cannot expect them to share your passion and put in any more effort than their hands can do, you need to construct their work time around their time if you hire millennials you need to ask them what days they want to work and you can't go outside of it they will work their butts off if they know exactly when the job is going to end, so you might have to be there at the end of the jobs or at the beginning but there is good help out there you just have to structure it pretty nicely, or just find that one diamond in the rough who just wants to please you and work their butt off and then try not to overwork them...

I definitely wouldn't be making as much if I still lived in IB. Although I'm not sure what the market is like there for window cleaning these days. You guys ever get any jobs on Coronado? That place always seemed locked down to me...really hard to get any work because everything was "taken".
