Kanelballar Swedish Cinnamon Knots

  • This is by far one of my favorite Swedish bread ever. And if you go to all the different Nordic countries every bakery has their own version and taste. This is my version and hope that you will enjoy it.
    Ingredients
    1 brioche type dough with or without eggs, if you want to get my recipe please refer to my cinnamon bun recipe in my channel
    Fillings
    50g butter softened
    75g brown sugar
    3/4 tsp cinnamon
    Egg glaze
    1 egg
    2 tbsp whole milk
    Syrup
    15g sugar
    15g water

      So sweet you say that i speed it up because I was afraid that people get too bored looking at me kneading that dough ha ha ha ha ha ha i am sooooo glad you find it relaxing i do too

    I love it, this receipt is so easy, the background musics is good . Never actually bake a thing, but, your video makes me want to try. Also, the syrup glaze much better than frosting.
