Eldest and main vocal Jinho is the shortest at about 5'6", while Giant Maknae Wooseok is 6'2", and they love exploiting the height difference. And as tall and gangly as Wooseok looks at first, he's every bit the dancer the rest of them are.
By the by, Kino is also currently acting leader, while Hui is serving in the military...

Its crazy cuz when people mention aces in kpop no one mentions Kino but that boy can dance, sing, rap, he writes and composed some Pentagon songs and he does the choreo for some Pentagon songs! Thats my bias I love him so much!
Dawn and Hui ( along Hyuna) were also forming « Triple H » idk if you cheked their 2 singles yet but it’s super duper good they sampled grandmaster flash and had like 80s type of vibe. Really sad cube messed that because this had soooo much potential.

YES. Pentagon is so special, suuuuper talented, their sound is unique, different personalities, have a GENIUS leader (hui), AMAZING actors and performers (see Dr. Bebe and just any of their content in general tbh) and yet still remain soooo underrated. They were really something when they still had Dawn (formally known as Edawn at the time) and took a big hit with a lot of fans leaving or not listening to them once Dawn left. That broke my heart because there are still 9 other amazing dudes still part of the group that need our support more than ever bc they too lost Dawn. So it was rough after that, they couldn’t get a win for the longest time until they put out Daisy and that was 5 YEARS after they debuted… for their talent and the bangers they have put out like SHINE… it’s unbelievable BUT the reason why Pentagon has a special place in my heart and might as well be my favorite group bc of that is the fact that these boys right here have not given up. They have so much heart and been through it together.. They worked so hard to get their first win and was even on RTK. Id like to think that after RTK they sort of stopped “caring” about getting a win or being number 1 because they know in their hearts and from the support of us Universes, they dont need a win to be great (through their song Basquiat). And then their comeback right after RTK they were finally able to get one!!! Soooo unbelievably proud of them :) and im soooo excited for you to dive into these amazingly talented and seriously so funny group !!!

This boys really get me hooked on them.. i was sad about something that they have to go thru when they lost one member and make them treat every comeback as their last cb which is make we as a fans really sad, knowing that they always put their best work and pour everything out but still not get recognize and companies put them on edge.
They had first win in 2020, 10 days after their 4th anniversary which is REALLY BREAK DOWN DAY both for universe and ptg themselves. They're all participate on every comeback. Writing lyrics, composing and even help with dance choreography and cb concept. If you planing to check their song that have similar vibes to shine, you can check Naughty Boy, Humph! And Do or Not.

Jinho has a youtube channel, Magazine Ho where he posts a professional cover every month. There are 42, everything from American artists like Michael Jackson, Bruno Mars, Charlie Puth, and Coldplay, to Korean artists, to musicals (Gethsemane is my favorite because his vocals are mind-blowing). I hope you check a few out. Another one I really like is his cover of Brian McKnight's One Last Cry, the song that inspired him to be a singer. Hui also has some great covers like Dalla Dalla and his solo cover of Kill This Love. Since he's a producer, he always puts a new twist on songs. You might also like Pentagon's version of Lovesick Girls (Boys) on It's Live.

I hope you react to more Pentagon 🙏 They're not the hard hitting type, they're more pop-rock/fresh concepts but they're amazingly talented, do everything themselves too, even produce for other groups, catwalk models, drama film and musical actors. They're really respected by their peers in the industry but somehow the general public is still sleeping on them!
And yeah in terms of height basically you have talltagon - above 6'1 (186cm), midtagon - around 6' (179-181), and smalltagon - height of 2 apples stacked on each other

E’Dawn didn’t get “the boot because he was in love,” he got the boot for violating his contract which stated that “any romantic relationship MUST be kept OUT of the media.” When Hyuna & Dawn confirmed their relationship to the media (right after Cube’s official denial btw), they willingly chose to violate their contract which resulted in their contracts being terminated (which is TYPICAL in any BUSINESS).
I can’t say Cube Entertainment is the best agency in Korea but it is not the worst and the fact that they STILL get sh*t about something that is a COMMON PRACTICE IN BUSINESS, really makes me crazy. Hyuna & E’Dawn chose to put THEMSELVES before their groups & their company by WILLINGLY CHOOSING to violate their contract, I do not understand why people didn’t foresee the outcome when this happened. It was a foregone conclusion for me because at the end of the day, Cube Entertainment is a BUSINESS and follows most standard business practices when it comes to contracts and policies.
I get your point 100% but what confuses me about that is Hui (who i absolutely love) PUBLICLY was in a relationship w/ soojin and he is still in Pentagon…so what’s the difference? All artists involved are cube artists at the time so that’s what is confusing me. Did Edawn have a different contract than the other members or? I’m genuinely asking bc I don’t know lbs
@@infinitelocke Cube Entertainment contracts all state that “all romantic relationships must be kept out of the media” and “all official news will be released through the company” during the first 7 year contract (this is according to BTOB members who talked to their fans about the contracts) so no, Hui’s contract wasn’t different than others.
Hui was in a relationship with Soojin as trainees…the relationship ended prior to Pentagon’s debut. Also, not many actually knew for sure about Hui & Soojin until after the “scandal” with Hyuna & Dawn because Cube went ahead and released all of the “scandalous” activities that could be attributed to the members to hopefully create a clean slate after Dawn’s departure.
I get really upset because I lost all respect for Hyuna & Dawn because they knowingly chose this path and caused a lot of damage to Pentagon which the members STILL deal with to this day. It was so disrespectful of them to do that to people they considered “friends.” If they do something like this to friends, I shudder to think of what they would do to enemies. Also, Dawn has pretty much lost his individual identity…he is now (and probably forever more) known as Hyuna’s boyfriend/fiancée/husband rather than the talented person he is. It really is a shame because I think Pentagon could have blown up with Shine if Dawn hadn’t made the choice he did.
So happy you found Pentagon! They've been around awhile and went through some controversy but have hung in there all these years, even with being Cube artists. Please react to their latest "Feelin Like" and the dance practice, it really shows how they have grown and how talented they are and have always been!!

Shine is probably still Pentagons most popular song, but it wasn’t popular as soon as they released it. It took a few weeks before the general public was aware of it and by the time it started rising on the charts, Pentagon had finished promotions for it, so they never got a win for Shine. It wasn’t until 2 years later that they finally got their first win with Daisy, 4 years and 10 days after debut. Their first win was long overdue, but I’m glad they finally got there.

after that song the PENTAGON popularity became crazy that was almost like MOMOLAND with BOOM BOOM . they pop from nowhere with an amazing song . and i remember back then we see them as the next big thing the next BTS alomst . but no they after some weeks the HYUNA /DAWN case become a big topic (even if personaly i don't care ) and that case affect the pentagon popularity . DAWN leave the group and pentagon as to rebuild they're group and career .

@@winniethepooh8353 Cube never prevents their artists from dating…just from confirming relationships in the media, especially in the beginning of their careers. There are many other agency’s that flatly forbid their idols from dating period until at least 3 to 5 years after debut. And contracts are standard in any business….if you work at any job, you signed an employment contract with the company you work for. Now, I do believe that some of the terms of idol contracts should definitely be changed but at the end of the day, it’s not my culture. Also, the company trains these idols (and idol trainees) without charge until they debut. After they debut, is when the company can start earning the money back that they spent on their training…they don’t want any “scandal” to prevent the idols from making them money…from a purely business standpoint, it makes sense…from a humanitarian standpoint, it’s dumb as hell. But business runs this world at the end of the day because without businesses, people would have no way to earn money to live…it’s a vicious cycle.
I remember when I first saw Shine I was floored, first boy group since EXO that I really felt a connection with. Specifically the member E'Dawn. SPOILER: I fucking hate Cube. I'll leave it at that.

glad you reacted to this - since CUBE took a big s**t on Hyuna and (E)Dawn there's only three Pentagon songs i will listen to. Shine, Lost Paradise (Hip Hop unit) and Round 1 (Bonus Track) ...they were fantastic but i can't support Cube once they s**t on their artists.
