- In this session, I work with Amir Nazarov to unlock the secrets of generating real power on the court. It’s not just about swinging harder-there are three crucial tips we focus on: staying loose, moving toward the ball instead of waiting, and using your body weight to drive through every shot. You’ll see how these small adjustments make a huge difference in both forehands and backhands. We also work on balance and footwork, crucial for powerful volleys, and fine-tune the serve by fixing the toss for more consistent power. Watch as Amir Nazaroz transforms his game with these game-changing insights!

Thanks!
Ronaldo phenomenal right there hahaha
Very useful video !
Love you❤
Cool !
In almost all coaching sessions they teach you, put your right foot forward (through) the ball, here also. But if you look at the top players: sinner, Djokovic, alcaraz etc. 90+% they don’t do that or very minor, they mostly move the left leg backwards and rotate on the right foot. Anyone know why they do it that way?
Moving the right leg through is a good cue for the player to remember weight transfer and rotation, both of which can lead to power. At the pro level, they are still getting weight transfer and rotation, but not so pronounced with the leg coming around because they must move to recover much quicker than the recreational level player.
Hahahah Ronaldo playing right next to the kid
the camera man just intentionally capture and put the focus on Ronaldo🤣
