Composed in 1951 by Alexander "Sandy" Hain, former Pipe-Major of the **Black Watch regiment**, this jig is featured in the Black Watch Pipe Manual, which includes seven of Hain’s compositions. It gained recognition in the 1970s after being recorded (under the incorrect title “Duncan McKillop”) by the Muirhead & Sons Ltd. Pipe Band.
