@@icebonara it’s not as easy to hit confirm because it requires a ton of buttons pressed much faster. DF 1+2 is safe on it’s own, and if you see it hit just confirm 1+2 again and boom... wall splat.

Can someone teach me on how you can make the (b 1~2) in 3:09 10 hit? I've been trying to do it but only manage to reach 6 - 8 hits consistently but not 10 hits. A tip will be appreciated THANKS!!
Hey! I know its been some time but you just really gotta deep dash in before you start the ending string. It shoukd start hitting consistently with practice.
It also depends on which characters you're doing the combos because it's almost impossible to pull that off on small hit box characters...I input 1 once I launch them instead of 2 which is more damaging by 1 point but u sacrifice the range of the push back which may result into dropping your combo
I'm two months late but here: You can use these: 1+2 d1 TAI 3 F,f3 Floor break options At the wall: b1,1,1 4,4 You could also break the floor after landing the CH d1+2 on standing opponent then follow up with either 1 or 2 (1+2 follow up doesn't break floors). Hope these help.
Very fun character, combos a bit underwhelming considering how many different moves he has tbh, not much variety in how you can do combos (not a criticism of this video)

Man,Ganryu...really ?He's the only sumo character we have and he brings this unique fighting style...while ironically you have other characters that share the same fighting style and they are super boring,you have like 4 ninjas Noctis Raven Kuni Yoshi ...you also have 2 bears, you have the Mishimas and the list goes on ...they are the ones that bloat the game unesceserily....when you express your opinion you should clarify that it's just your opinion but the way you say it seems like it is a rule and that is totally wrong

Combo 3 needs a very slight delay on the 2 input at the end of the df4,1,2 string to land consistently.

2:48 you can follow with df 2,2 then FC df 1 and finish your combo =)
B,F+1 (enemy back turned) -> 2,2,2 -> B+2,1,3+4 -> 2 (S!) -> DF+4,1,2 also works and does ~ 100 damage
2,1,2 is duckable.
so D,F 1 4 is safe.
B F+1 into D 1+2 grab into F 3+4 they dont have the frames to stop it
Also you can B F+1 into 2,1,2 into 2,1 3+4 2 for launch then dash into 1+2 3+4 into B1+2 for over 100dmg

delay the last hit of df412, more specifically hit the 2 button right when or after the 1 connects

All you need for a combo for Ganryu is any launcher down forward 1, back 2,1,2 dash down forward 4, 1, 2
55 damage. Thats not great, he gets much more than that.

His game plan is pretty simple. Poke with df1, df3, and all his strong ass mids. Get them to the wall, and it’s mix up central.
