This is an absolute gem. We are implementing Notion now for our little agency (team of 3 + 3 freelancer). I use notion for personal use but as a team it's totally different. So really enjoyed watching this. I also scheduled a call for next week to discuss potential collaboration on some topics.
I really like the simplicity and consistency of everything. I've definitely gone in the opposite direction with my in progress setup. I wonder how well something like this would work with multiple phased projects that consists of 100+ tasks. Would someone who reviews work be the lead on a task even if that's the extent of their work? How does it become clear whose responsibility it actually is to do the task?
I think this setup could definitely handle multi phase project with lots of tasks. The fact it has a simple layout actually would help handling larger amounts of data. And good question: the Lead of the task should be the person who is responsible for getting the thing done. So in your example, the person doing the task would be the lead and the person reviewing it would be the supporting. Hope this helps!
Hello Sam! I would like to thank you! Because of you I had got the interest to actually become a notion consultant and voila! After creating my own gamified life template without tutorials, and learning about notion by myself, I cleared the Essentials Badge just a few moments back with 82% !! 🎉🎉 So, how do I prepare for settings and sharing badge? And, keep up the good work!
That’s awesome to hear! And congrats on passing the essentials badge! For the settings and sharings badge I would review the Notion Academy. Of course, you want to make sure you understand of the intricacies of permissions. I hope this helps and good luck!

We want more content like this (in-depth tutorials)
Thanks for the feedback! I’ll make sure to make some more of these types of videos!
