Beautifully explained Adam 👻, I am a junior web developer and have been learning the beauty of web design, never have I though that small thoughtful decisions can make such a big difference, Great video 😸
Now, can't wait to see how Adam showcases these things in GUI challenges. Makes me real excited how much you can accomplish using just CSS. Sidenote: Can you talk about Material-3 guidelines implementation in GUI challenges? As a dev turned designer, I really want your perspective on it.
GUI Challenges doesnt really follow much of Material, it's got it's own vibe that's developed over time. I also like the challenge of starting from scratch and building things up, so y'all can see all the design decisions along the way.
Nice talk, worth watching twice, with focused attention. In a followup, someone should also explain which of these new features are available on iOS (where Chrome is a hybrid of Safari and Chrome). Example: "has" selector: yes, "Read Anything" sidebar no.
What operating systems and browser versions is "AccentColor" and "AccentColorText" supported in? It needs to be OS and browser, not just browser, right?

We’ve learnt that you’re like a vampire and do “shhhhshhhh” 🧛♂️ if a website is not featuring a dark mode

I had no idea @media (hover) existed. I implemented it straight away!
You are a beast man! Wonderful storytelling and clear communication!🔥
Everything Adam does is just pure gold 😭
Wow, I'm blown away. I didn't know you can do media queries for hover and pointer, and man I'm so stoked about style queries wow.

This is the kind of energy I need!
Your videos are awesome Adam - would love to see many many more videos by you 😁
TY SO MUCH!
This is so good and I'm appreciating the passion! More like this from all Google presenters.
Loved this format. So much good stuff in here.

Phenomenal!
I like the coarse thing. Making bigger targets can be a real burden if you're using track alignment in Flex or Grid.
Clients: why is the page different from what's in the PDF we've sent you?
lol
it might be your screen!
