Hi Luke and Swag man from the UK, as a disabled nature lover and a history buff your channels are a lifeline for me. I get to see all the places you walk and its like walking alongside you. May the universe provide you with many blessings my friend.
That is great to hear deborah, I'm so happy to hear through these videos you get to experience a part of the natural world! Thanks for watching all the way from the UK
Nice one Luke . We use to take our kids out of school for a week or two twice a year and go on camping bushwalking road trips . They learnt so many skills and all we could teach them about the Flora, Fawna, Geology, Science, History we came across on our journey also ,bushcraft and survival skills . They learnt way more and varied things than they would have learnt at school , I guess it helps that I was an outdoor guide and educator and my wife is a teacher so they were in good hands :) I love that lookout we saw the sunset from there in a durin a sunshower with the closest most vivid rainbow any of us have ever seen . We still 15 ish years later talk about that view.
That sounds great and I honestly believe that is true! They get a lot out of days like this! Or family holidays somewhere. It also means you get to beat the school holiday crowds!
@@Lukeslittletribe haha yeah that was one of the reasons we did it then . Now days as when my daughters go camping with their friends they are the by default leaders and organisers . Their friends are amazed at their outdoor and practical skills . You kids will be the same
Awesome Luke! I've just returned from 4 days hiking at Wilsons Prom. First time; such a magic spot. And I agree, used to take my kids out of school for some Nature adventures. The best teacher!
That's great. I'd love to do more hikes out the prom with my kids .. but might save it for summer, it gets so cold in the winter without being able to have a fire! Taking kids out of school for a day in nature is the best education. Thanks for watching.
Wowza .. that part of the world looks soo nice …. I definitely need to make some time to get down that way …. When I was a kid my dad used to write my brothers and I a note for school that said we were on a field trip …when we took the a day off to go hunting ,diving or fishing 🤣 or on an agricultural field day if he wanted help on the farm ..🤣
Haha yeah when I called the school up that day, I said on the phone I was taking him for a family field trip or something like that! I reckon they get more out of it then a regular day at school though.
Really is a great place. I only wish you could have camp fires there (even if it was in designated built places with carry in fire wood) I'd be camping there in winter all the time

Best place in Victoria Luke. Looked like a great day out. Plenty of walking for Ethan ☺️
Yeah I love it. Shame you can't have campfires there though .. otherwise I'd be camping down that way every winter
Magnificent scenery mate. Good on you for making the most of it 🇦🇺 🇳🇿
Thanks David. The prom really is a great place
Nice one Luke

@@Lukeslittletribe yeah, it was fresh, but great to beat the crowds! I cheated a little; with some hand-warmers! ;)
What a fun day. I bet your little guy was exhausted after all that.
Yeah he conked out in the car pretty quickly on the drive home.
Loved it. And my feet we’re feeling for you and the young fella. 👍😄🇦🇺🦘
I was very impressed with how well he took it 😂
Love these videos.
Cheers Josh
Cool adventure, great video mate! 👍
Thanks Herb!

Love the Prom. Been a few years though. I should make time to get down there again.
