Boy...between this and the booster gold series, my respect for boosters character has grown infinitely. He just might be my favourite DC hero right now
That batman bit was hilarious....but Booster trying and failing to save Ted Kord was probably one of the saddest comic book arcs. And they even portrayed that quite beautifully in injustice as well.
Booster Gold's part in Injustice 2 is absolutely amazing. I gotta admit, I haven't cried in a LOONG time, but the moment when old Blue Beetle came to be there in Gold's end, just as Gold did for him, that was really touching.
Honestly, netherealm should stop making the story of the games and instead, leave it to the comic writers, Injustice 2 and 1 story look like shit compared to the comics.

This entire comic line is why I love Booster Gold and why he's one of my favourite DC superheroes. I first saw him in Justice League: Unlimited but didn't get into any comic stuff of his till much later. Sure, he's been horrifically mishandled by some writers but Booster is at his core a true hero. Few of the other heroes see this. It's really only Skeets, Blue Beetle and (prior to Flashpoint) Batman who see him for what he really is. In fact, he doesn't even realise it himself. It's not just his sacrifice, but the way he mentors the new Blue Beetle. I got a few chuckles out of him calling out Batman's teaching strategy during his pep talk. He's dealing with grief but he's determined to carry out Ted's final wish, despite the fact that he's not sure what he's doing. So often he acts the fool but in reality he often has the entire timeline on his shoulders. Heroes, villains and even some of the writers only see the fool aspect. While he may have been butchered in the main DC timeline via Tom King, I'm glad I can reflect on this alternate (and yet truer) version delivered to us via Tom Taylor. Even if it was brief and ended in tears I'm grateful that at least some of the people at DC can still not only understand Booster Gold, but write him in a way that shows respect to the character. Kudos to Taylor, even if he did kill him off.
okay, the Ted Kord, Booster Gold time travel deaths were actually beautiful. the fact that looking back you could see the setup, but moving through it as it was released you still had surprises and suspense. the sentimental tone really came across.
Having you read the comics I bought make them far greater. I mean, I love them more when you do your thing with them... like you are the reverse of book-to-movie... you make the comic, which is great, far greater in your compressed re-telling. Kudos to you, brother.
Having a separate multiverse where everyone is expendable is a great way to do what if stories and test the waters with new characters. I honestly can not say I have even slightly disliked any part of injustice because the deaths makes the story so much better.
The comics should finish before an injustice game comes out cause the game kinda gives us spoiler. In injustice 2 there is no superboy or cassie in the game which means they die

The sad thing about the Injustice comics, is that the games do not really take them in account. The perfect example is Sinestro's death... since in Hal's ending in Injustice 2 he has escaped his prison.
Why him, seriously? My favorite hero ever since I watched the JLU cartoon as a kid. This is the most emotional I've been about a comic since Iron Man's talk before the reveal of Cap's body in Civil War.

Hey I'm trying to create two new Marvel heroes. They are the children of Erik Brooks aka Blade and Lilith, the daughter of Dracula. Blade was put under an enchantment to fall for Lilith and impregnate her to produce an heir to the throne of the vampire kingdom. Time passed and Lilith produced an older baby girl named Sinclair and a younger baby boy named Eryn. Dracula noticed when they were born that they emitted a strange energy. It turns out that they are the embodiment of the zodiac, Gemini the twins, and when they are together they become stronger. Then Dracula thought that if he could control the zodiac that he could become powerful enough to enslave the human race finally. But Doctor Strange also felt the twins strong magic power and broke Lilith's enchantment on Blade and they escaped Transylvania and fled with the Doctor. So how is that? Later maybe during puberty they find out they're mutants. The x gene reacted with they're vampire powers and merged. Due to the genetic makeup of the vampiric bloodstream Eryn can control and weaponize his blood to make bladed weapons and become very dense. Sinclair's power is to changed into a humanoid bat. She can grow claws, talons, wings either on her back or arms, and because of bat's echolocation she can sense vibrations and detect everything around her. So what do you guys think. I'm open the comments and criticism. The also needs codenames and who should train them. 🤙🏽

WOW!!! The 1st time to see the Legion of Super Heroes in YEARS!!!!! Sooooooo much nostalgia!!!!! And Booster Sinestro dies..... My heart is full of happiness to see one of my fav teams back from the dead since being nerfed and it's also full of sadness to see two great characters die... It isn't the main continuity but STILL!!!
Daaaang killed booster and ted .... but booster can still come back because he is so connected to time travel.... just like thawne(zoom) is so connected to the time stream that he can't really ever be killed because another version of him will just pop up out of the time stream somewhere.
